yup .5 adex worked like a champ for me.
I would shoot test sunday night then monday morning when estrogen is highest I would take .5 adex
you could take another the next day or so but I wouldnt take more than 1mg per week unless you have gyno type problems

Why are you taking nolva if you don't have any sides? And why are you concerned with the little bit of water retention? You act like you are already down to 4% bf and trying to get rid of the final softnes under the skin before stepping on the stage.

Just did a little reading on arimidex and while it's blocking your estrogen production it also brings your hdl levels down so becareful with it.

I say you start your diet and cycle and let's see what happens in a few weeks. If you get any sides start your anti E drugs but there is no reason to load your body with unnecessary drugs until you need them.

I agree. Rocket says it all the time. I learned that with tren and prami; I was scared of trends possible sides so I took the prami. Got horrible sides from it, stopped, and come to find out I never needed it.

300mg primo why so lil? have you ran it that low before with good results? I dont use it but read you need lots like EQ doses.
at 300mgs I would choose mastron first. JMO.
