  • Tren input pls !

    Ok So I have done tren before but only in my glute I was on for bout 9 weeks. At. 100mg EOD I saw some great results but not as much as I wanted . I now am starting tren again but this Time I wanted to do site injections to increase my gains what do you guys think and was also thinking bout upping the dosage?

    i dont think you will get much more out of site injections.

    100mgs eod is a high dose. run it with some test.

        I eat a ton like forcing my self I eat so much I tripled my intake and I was thinking bout stacking with T4 but I herd it's extremly hard

            1m - 8 egg whites 2 cup oat meal
            Protien shake
            2m - Chicken breast 12 oz with greens
            3m - 3 cans tuna / salmon
            Protien shake ( usually after gym )
            4m - Chicken or fish with aavacado 16 oz / 2 cups brown rice
            5m - snack before bed usually rice cakes, or fruit


            Some meals vary as in the meat I switch it up but that usually pretty close

              You need more clean carbs, esp with the second meal. You need some healthy fats in there with all your food meals. And finally you need more protein. I mean, rice cakes and or fruit before bed? Come on bro.

                to add to what auri said, your diet needs better pacing. you have to much protein in certain meals and not enough in others. 3 cans of tuna AND a protein shake in 1 meal is doing nothing for you. half the protein is going right down the toilet.

                    i eat white rice with all of my whole food meals. 1 - 1 1/2 cups per meal.

                    oatmeal in my shake in the morning.

                      For the fats throw in nuts. Almonds are great. Natural peanut butter is great. Eat the raw versions of nuts, not the roasted ones.

                          Site injections wont cause localized growth. The best thing you could do with your TREN in my opinion is add some testosterone along with it.
