Good day my fellow muscle men.
I am 34 years old 5'11"&92 KGS body weight .goal is to do a lean , clean bulk starting march 1 .
I have hurt my back ( L3,L4 and L5 - S 1) stopped training and took to drinking as an excuse of being depressed. Thought my life was finished . I reached a weight of 141.7 from 95 KGS . Being sick and tired of the way I looked I joined gym and started training and rehab and Pilates classes as well now I am 92 which I am quite happy.
That's a bit about me.
Have almost 12 years of training under me and I am still learning .
I have mixed opinions of cycle as I have done 6-7 cycles so far each and every cry me with proper PCT every cycle I use to retain at least 70% of wat I gained with bit of increase in strength.
I have cycled test e, test comp 250 anavar and winstrol.
Now for lean and clean bulk wat do u guys recommend
1) test e, DECA d- bowl with PCT for 12 weeks,
2) test e , equipoise, master on and anavar with PCT for 12 weeks where var runs for 2 weeks after the lost shot of test e and p t after the day var finishes.
3) test e and tren e with adex and cabaser with .5 every 3 day and p t where teen stops 2 weeks before test .
Plz suggest me what would be the best cycle how long and wat dosages .what's for AI and its dosage
Also can any one suggest me a same diet draft for my weight so that I can get an rough idea and change it around.
Also I run every week 5-6 times like 5 kms is this good while on was I want lean bulk and not puffy and Johny bravo look
