I did quads, not sure if I wanna post it since many people do it. But then again I said I would post all areas lol. So many areas in the quads to pick, upper, middle, lower, outter part of thigh, middle part, etc....NEVER inner side of thigh though lol...I learned the hard way once.

Your main artery runs down the inner thigh. If you nick that you will be dead in minutes

I simply did that once just to find other areas. Although I was lucky enough not to hurt my self. I was in tremendous amount of pain the next day.
