i mentioned to him after his first test cycle that if he continued, he should consider HCG, but he wanted to wing it. He's a bit stubborn like that.
so you don't think staying on the nolva for another month would be beneficial? even if his dick isn't working after 2 weeks, he should wait it out naturally?

ya I think 6 weeks is long enough. but I also agree with Jack throw in some clomid. clomid is prescribed for male dick problems all the time and I use it all the time no matter what

no, he's never used clomid. i don't see how clomid added in the mix would change anything. Don't they do the same thing? but I told him to take nolve at 40mgs for a couple more weeks, then go down to 20mgs for another 2 or 3 weeks and see if he's improving

nolva and clomid not exactly the same. if choosing one or the other i would pick nolva all day but saying that I also always use clomid with my nolva in pct.

interesting. I was always led to believe nolva and clomid did the same thing with nolva being more potent with less sides, but thanks. I'll run it by him and see if he's willing to get clomid and run it with his nolva.

I had the same problem as your boy after my last 12 month cycle. I did nolva only 40mg a day and it was awful. I added clomid after 2-3 weeks of just nolva (first time using it) and it turned things around for me quickly.

I'd run pct for 6-8 weeks. His sex drive should be back hopefully soon. then id wait 6 weeks get blood work to confirm test levels.

If this doesn't work he should look into blasting hcg as this can get the testes to start signaling again.
