Yes that is exactly how you should. If 200 messes with you just don't use it
I've experimented with more and I get P gyno simpler to just lower dose.
I can take 300mgs tren no problem but 350 and nips blow up

I would agree if we were just talking about taking Nolv for test sides. But when you have potential sides coming from both test and tren it gets complicated and starts to feel like a clusterfuck.

^^^^That. Additionally managing the side effects effectively differs quite a bit with with tren depending on the person, and results vary, from what I have researched. Better to evaluate and just lower or stop a dosage in my mind.

Maybe start with Tren A instead of E?? I know it sucks pinning all the time but if sides arise you can control them much faster.

i had the opposite problem the quick "in and out" from tren A gave me gyno systoms quick. i found tren e hormones were more stable and no sides. i got much better results from tren a though...

do you think cuz it was stronger dose released at one time in your system? over a slower release of the E ester?

yes def. test prop sometimes gives me mood swings and some gyno symptoms as hormon levels change drastically vs long ether. The gyno symtops were so bad my nips were really painful nolva did nothing. I took a ton of it not knowing any better and it did stop along with dropping Tren.
