Saying you don't want to live past 50 because you don't want to be old is pure bullshit. I started lifting at 47. I've dropped 60 pounds of fat and taken my 16 inch fatseps to 19 inches of muscle. 20 inches pumped. I have a full head of hair and look like I'm in my late 30s. My body fat is hovering around 10-12 % I can squat 405 for reps. Leg press 1000 for reps. Bench 300 for reps, etc etc. is it harder at 50 than 30, sure. But I'm no pussy. I'm not giving up on myself cause I have grey hair at my temples. Some guys on here have no problem being rude as hell, like I said, it's easy when you're young. Sometimes you have to do things that aren't easy, instead of giving up cause your vagina hurts.

Plenty of guys didn't try very hard when they were young so they are able to improve even into their 50's. That will not be the case for me or anyone that kills themselves to look great at a young age. No matter what I do, I will not be able to improve compared to my prime. The slow decline of both mental and physical abilities is not something I am willing to stick around for. An old, sad, depressed version of me is a version the world will never see. Everything or nothing my brother.
