You and FB are probably correct. I just fear age and I don't want to be delusional about it.

You are capable of looking like an alpha stud, no doubt about it. I would have fucked you myself the way you looked this past summer.

BUT, you have a very weak mind, you get lost very easily, and you aren't consistent. You put on a good show at times but it's a front, very mentally weak. You don't believe in yourself and you lack confidence. This is a hard fact. Once you own it and face the truth.. Only then will you be able to fix it.

I enjoy other aspects of my life, dogs, family, travel, food etc.. BUT, I find that I have a hard time enjoying those things IF I have been slacking on diet or the gym. When I feel like I look like crap I cannot enjoy anything. It consumes my mind. I envy the fat guy at the beach who can walk around care free just enjoying life. I cannot.

Because you can still be at the top of your game in your 30's and early 40's. (With the help of drugs for the most part.)

Though I don't agree with bouncers outlook on life in terns of getting old, his arguments to support his belief are valid.

I'm serious, you are wrong. It's the small things that change and add up to a messier, sloppier, thicker waisted, wrinkled face, old unhealthy looking hair bigger picture.

Don't lie to yourself to feel better about getting older. All things being equal.. the 30 year old version of yourself is far superior to the 50 year old version. Physically at least.

If being lazy and fat at a young age only to improve as an old person makes you feel better then have at it brother.. :)

(You don't actually fall into this category as you've been training your whole life and it shows.)

Just being real, not trying to insult anyone.
