What to you is lacking confidence based on your own assumptions on my priorities, is in complete contrast to my own reckoning that those who feel the need to demonstrate supreme physique and strong mindset all the time are indeed the ones lacking confidence, balance and perspective.
Neither is neccassarily perfect, neither is neccassarily wronh. Also periodising my traininh works better for me. You say im a heap of crap if my waist is over 33, I say im at my most powerful when a lil fatter and not training as frequent
