      My fucking old age my strength is dropping don't really care if I'm strong strong like mr I but I want to be stronger than most lol
      I always start feb 14 and end oct 31
      Mine will be
      450 test
      200 tren
      And mid Sumer I'll add in 400 mast

          I upped the enan to 400mgs every ten days, basically shooting a cc every five days....wasn't liking the longer waiting time and 100mgs more has made a bit of a difference.

          The mere fact that I've incorporated xfit into my regimen, definitely need a bit more test. Otherwise I can't keep my weight up much. Well I'd have to eat way too many cals for it. I'll be going back on mast Enan soon....pretty lean as it is, so we shall see.

                yea for sure. i crash around day 6. I notice in mood first. sex drive every 5 days is so much stronger as well.

                  I noticed mostly the way I was looking. Seems weird, maybe a placebo, etc....but when you have your body tuned up, any slight deviation and you can tell.

                          So I've been on test at 400mgs E5D, yes I've played around with different doses, but ultimately I like the fours. Tomorrow I start with a new blend. All of them are ace; prop, mast, and my favorite mother fucker of all time.....,,,T R E N:D

                          Kinda don't want to honestly, I'm pretty fucking lean and I'm certainly enjoying the weight I walk with ED. It just blows my mind how lean I've gotten and to be honest, wouldn't have it an other way. I'd like to add about 10/12lbs and when off, keep half of it if not more. Definitely achievable considering my last experiences with my cycles.

                          Xfit is doing great, haven't don't Bjj in a while:( but not concerned. I've managed to run 4/5 miles five days(7:30 pace)a week, that's my cardio. Still strong and feel great. Getting blood work done this week and excited to see the results of just pure test.

                            • And here's my dilemma. The tri blend I have is this.

                              100mgs of tren ace, mast ace and prop...for a combined of 300 mgs total once all combined. So that gives me 900mgs a week of AS. EH, not sure I want that much in me. How the fuck can I dose it less??? Kinda hard to do

                              • Just over 2yrs of experimenting with 3 different compounds. Adjusting mgs per week, diets, training, etc...What a great progress I've done and I also have learned more about myself.

                                Still doing test cyp 400mgs a week, sometimes it's 500mgs, but who's counting:D

                                I will add again my tren ace/mast ace/prop ace and cruise with that for 6 months or so. I'm walking anywhere around 189-195lbs ED...more so on the 191/193lb mark. This all relates on my water and food intake. BF% is probably around 8/9% and I like it that way.

                                My diet is pretty consistent, and boring :D But I've accustomed myself to it over the past few years and wouldn't have it any other way. One thing I am very certain is that my body doesn't like carbs very much; it just loves the fat:pig: My carbs come from rice/grains and fruits...I really try to keep it this way. When I need sugar or carbs, I eat a banana which is about 2/3 a day.

                                My goal is to add about 5lbs of lean mass while dropping to around 7/8% BF...Very doable :) I guess what I'm trying to say is that I finally have found my perfect look/feel for ME. That's being around 189/192lbs and 7/8% BF. Being 5'8" and with those numbers, I have to keep in mind my cardio and training. I also don't want to add too much and have it affect my training.
