  • T-400 Down cycle for a Month?

    Ok T-400 going for 2 months now. 1 CC a week and tappering out my last 1.5 CC for the next three weeks.

    Is this a good idea to come off? Advise is appreciated!

    My question is,

    Should i come off the cycle for a month and jump back on or Can i continue another 10CC? Should i take another form of test?

    I really liked the T-400 im cutting slowing at the same time building mass. Put on a solid 15 pounds. Im 5'9 at 156LB right now. Body fat is probly around 7-8 Percent. I eat pretty clean, a cheat snack here and there.

    Any advise on the down cycle for substances to take is helpful.

    To many dumb fucking idiots in South Florida that are my age and think they know it all. Like, just fish oil bro and eat clean or just tapper off youll be fine. NOOOO

    I come to this page for strong advice from experience users!

    Truly appreciate all advice, if you have anything to add ontop! please do so!

    No need to taper, that's 10yrs ago. If you're only using test, no need to come off but maybe run 300mgs a week for as long as you'd like. I assume you're young and you just NOW weigh 159lbs after you put on 15lbs of muscle? Hmmm interesting. So many say they eat clean, yet have no clue what eating clean is. And even if they're eating clean, how consistently is it being done? I

      Im 22' and yes 156LB as of now.

      When i state eat clean! I mean -

      9AM - portion of fruit and some nuts

      11:30AM - 8 oz chicken grilled with rice, sometimes more fruit.

      3:30 PM - 4 oz chicken

      6PM - Work out

      8PM - 12 oz chicken with rice and veggies

      11-12 before bed - bowl of cereal Honey bunches of oats.

      Snacks - Peanut butter, carets, fiber bars, fruits, nuts, Oatmeal,

      That is my definition of EAT CLEAN AKA Meal Plan.

        I'm gonna say stop AS and you were stupid for even starting them. 22yrs old, and before you started AS you weighed 141!??!

        I'm gonna be brutally honest here.

        Your diet sucks, just a fact.

        9am....really? Nuts and fruit?

        11:30am....no veggies? And more fruit?

        3:30....fiber? Greens? Fats??
        Then at night time you're taking in carbs???

        This IS NOT a definition of a clean GOOD diet....not trying to be an ass, but you have no place doing the above mentioned.

        I think it was a bit premature for you to call those young kids stupid on their advice because I hate to say it, kind of the same shit you're doing....NOT BEING SMART

            I don't think he's competing bro. He's got a healthy body fat percentage already and he should be able to enjoy some foods here and there while still progressing. His diet could be a lot worse than that. If he was competing then I think your argument would be justified but damn. Dude just wants a little advice on his cycle.

              Wasn't nor did I ever mean to be mean about it, but definitely wanted to let the young guy know how stupid he was for starting early...he said clean diet and even emphasized how good it was, well it's not....so why not tell him the brutal truth? You'd want me to lie and tell you what you want to hear? Or would you rather have it told to you straight up?

                I get it, it just came off rather brash the way I read it. A lot of us started earlier than we should have me included. I don't condone it but I think we can help the guy out and not act like his parents, like "hey your diet could still use some cleaning up so we can work on that and I don't agree with starting aas at such a young age but as far as your cycle..."
                Your good bro, I'll just blame it on the tren lol.

                As for the OPs question, yeah definitely come off. Give the body a break and allow your natty test to recover which should be nice and high at 22. Plan for the next cycle but don't cruise at that age unless you already have low T. Time off = time on.

                    Listen no office taken here, yes i am just as STUPID as those other kids i mentioned that is why i come to this page. But it takes time and bashing from other people to understand what needs to e done and how to do it correctly.

                    We can open a whole new thread on just dieting and meal plans and Ect! I do appreciate what youve stated about my meal plan, your right i prob shouldnt eat carbs at night and should eat more veg but im 22 my metabolizam is fucking crazy, i shit like 5 times a day. But i stay away from all processed foods! Which is key in a diet as well.

                    Back to my original question for this thread, I do appreciate the comments on taking time off before running my next cycle.

                    Should i continue with T-400, like you stated it does have Tren. Which is nice because my body is cutting well but the oil leads me to breaking out more than average on my shoulders and back. Should i just jump to T-250?

                      Run the test at 400mg per week for 12 weeks then do proper pct. What are you plans for pct?

                              At 22yrs old def cycle off don't chance messing up your natural production. Saying that if your still gaining on cycle def keep going I don't like cycles under 16 weeks just not enough time for it to work and build real muscle
                              Don't come off for a few weeks and go back on. Just stay on then do proper pct and take time off
