if you do deca again try doing lesser dose more often. just like with test e i think it may be better to run something like 500mgs per week split into 2 doses rather then taking it all in one shot. not necessarily for results but because it seems to lessen sides. that's how it works with test at least. I'll have to experiment with deca to know for sure. low dose multiple shots seems like a smart idea though.

My issues were more related to stopping not so much while on. 19nors shut me down hard. And 200 ew is a very low dose.

Apparently less is needed for therapeutic effect. As low as 100mgs. I'll start low and see if I get relief. Can always up it by tiny bits each month.

Started today, doing 75mgs every 4 days. Hopefully that will be enough to add a therapeutic effect while keeping sides to a minimal.

Will the deca positive feeling effects interfere with your tb-500 conclusion?

It could but I will make a "how to heal your joints/tendons/ligaments/pains" super thread and make sure have all the info.

Yeah, I suppose feeling better takes precedent over experimentation.

hit the nail on the head bro. and i think the info can still be useful and relevant if someone is in the same shoes. a 3 combo punch of MK-677, TB-500, and low dose deca may be exactly what someone dealing with similar issues needs to help or cure the problem. That's my thinking right now with my current issue.

Some say it just covers up the pain by adding fluid to the joints but others say it actually can help heal. Either one is fine with me to be honest as long as I feel good.

Interesting study. They gave women deca and it increased collagen levels. Collagen synthesis in postmenopausal women during therapy with anabolic steroid or female sex hormones. - PubMed - NCBI
I've heard it gives you Decca dick which kills your sex life.

That's why you keep test to deca ratio of at least 2 to 1. Deca on its own yes you'll have floppy cock.

I can't remember what thread I posted in, we've talked about deca for antiinflammatory and joint relief in numerous threads.

Anyhow, week 3 of only 75 mg e7d and today I definitely noticed the change. Went heavier than normal with almost unnoticeable discomfort. First day in ages I didn't have to wear my tennis elbow support. No aches in shoulder.

It has not taken away the TMJ but it does pop and ache much less.

Going to drop to 50 mg in another couple of weeks.

Sure feels better the GI disaster naproxen was causing.

                          No noticeable sides thus far.

Yes. At least for me to recognize the effects with certainty.

It's undeniable; the rickety old man feeling is fading.
