Thanks Chadd. Diet and training sucked before getting back on. I was doing strong lifts 5x5 but only getting 2 days a week of training and it wasn't intense by any means and finished within 20-40 min only doing the big 3 excercizes and a couple other little ones.

Diet wise, I cut way back in attempt to drop some fat but everything came down with it so I was back to where I was before my last cycle. Last cycle I was I believe 203 at my peak and I dropped to 184 while off. I hit 202 within the last week before all this medical snafu.

It is acting like a first cycle because of increased everything really. New training regimine 4-5 days a week on a 4 day split, hitting all the muscles I've been ignoring. Daily cardio, daily feeder workouts and greatly increased calorie intake. Combined with a good drug cycle and it is just coming on like crazy.

That's why so many people just stay on chuck. No matter what you tell yourself when you go off, you eventually end up right where you were before cycle. Training natural after you've been on cycle feels like driving a scooter after you've just driven a superbike. No matter how hard you try, the thrill of a scooter just will not inspire. You will half ass it in the gym no matter what. Some won't admit this. They say it's being mentally weak. It's bull shit. You cannot have the same fun on a scooter regardless of mental strength. I keep it real. Sure, the speed bike may reach its end sooner but at least it will look good getting there! Who the fuck wants to be the scooter and live to 100?

Obviously I won't make as much progress and I do want to increase my doses slightly but my goals are much different than yours. You define yourself by the way you look. I can relate to this because it is how I used to be and my cycles reflected it. I used much higher doses and would stay on for very long periods of time. My ego was stroked when people would comment on my physique. I was conceited in a quiet way if that makes any sense. lol Now that I have a family to support I try to make my decisions based on what’s best for them. Don’t get me wrong I still care about how I look and feel but it doesn’t define who I am. My little girls loves me the same whether I’m off or on cycle. Always will. And that's why I'm ok with not pushing the limits when it comes to my cycles. Just trying to stay healthy brother. I’m glad I have my family or I’d probably still be an addict like you! :D

Cut back a little cause my pants were saying hell no. Got up to 203 and trimmed back to around 200 right now. Going to take it a little slower.

Weight is going up every workout on my excercizes and the libido is in high gear. Feeling great. Daily cardio increasing by 1 min a day every couple days. Still doing feeder workouts on top of my regular workouts.

This week is the end to the oral Methylstenbolone a little early since I'm out of TUDCA so I'll be adding another 100mg of test to total 600mg a week for at least a couple weeks and reevaluate. I was doing 1 inj. a week of 2cc to see how my body reacts. The peaks were awesome for sure but it was more difficult to control sides Still doable though. I found out I would have to take adex at .7-.8ml on inj day and slowly bring it down to .4-.5 or so by day 6 to keep the nipple puffiness down. Fun little experiment. Now I will break it down to two inj. of 1.2-1.3 cc on Tuesdays and fridays and bump adex by .1ml or so.

Edit: I also wanted to add that I've always suffered from some pretty severe DOMS that would peak about 48 hours past that muscle groups workout and last up to 5 days on a worst case basis. It was as bad on AAS as natural. This cycle I experience none of this issue at all this time and the only thing I can think that is any different is the daily constant BCAAs intake. I know it is supposed to do this but you know there is always that scepticism with supplements. I didn't even notice it til a week ago and I was like "shit why am I not sore as fuck?"

Keep me updated on what happens when you drop the oral. I think you will lose some water weight but you keep all muscle due to injectables. I'm guessing you'll drop about 5lbs by week 3 after dropping oral. Lets see if I know my shit! :D

Will do. I'm interested to see myself if the 100mg increase in test will counter that or if I would need another 200mg to total 700.

A truth, variables but test is best is test. When you hit a gram / week shit happens. Been there but really it's not necessary if your receptors are clean and clear. 700/750 Test are great. Love the Prop along with the E. Staples brother. Love to run the mast in the second half

I'll be getting some more compounds for the next cycle for sure. Definitely Mast and maybe EQ or NPP. I may hit 700-750mg of test a week by the end.

Mother fucker. Time to up the dose and everything. 750mg a week. More food, more training.

Fucker from work came back from knee surgery tonight and got fat. Said he needed motivation to lose it again and stepped on the scale then had me step on the scale. He was 240 and I was 203. He called me a skinny fuck. He might as well have shanked me with a comment like that. Cuts to the bone. Put in hard work and make all kinds of gains only to still be called a skinny fuck. I'll show his ass. New goal 215 steady for a couple weeks before I end the cycle, however long it takes to get there. Son of a bitch.

You know what I mean B, you've talked about that subject before. I put in hard work and gained 50 fuckin pounds over the last two years just so I could stop being the skinny guy and I'm still fuckin getting it and it ruins the confidence. Wanted to choke that mother fucker right there.

I understand where your coming from but lets keep things in perspective here. You were called skinny by a fat guy.

I don't have any problem with upping doses (obviously) but make sure your doing it for the right reasons brother. Do this shit for you. Not to make a point to a fat shit with a busted knee. :D

No worries it is for me and my confidence. My whole life of being called skinny has turned that word into basically a racial slur toward me. I don't care if it comes from the internet but when someone said/says it to my face it is now fuel to the fire.

understood. we all have those insecurities that we struggle with at some point in our lives.

that said, if your getting called skinny in real life it might be time to get to work brother. :D
