  • Gyno help after Epistane cycle

    Hi guys,

August last year I did a 5 week cycle of Epistane, with the understanding that gyno was not a possible side-effect. I did everything by the book and a proper PCT of Nolvadex after it. This was the first and only time that I've touched a PH.

Probably a month after the PCT had ended (November), some gyno started forming, which I didn't really notice until December. It isn't looking extremely serious, however is very sore and of course very noticeable to me, particularly in one nipple.

I've read plenty of articles about Letro, however have also read that it is an outdated method and to stick with Nolvadex or Raloxifene.

My question is, how was this even possible? And what would be the best plan of attack?

Surgery is not an option for me.

All about hormone ratio's. For example, if you use test, estrogen rises. If you use Deca, progesterone rises. Cause and effect. If one gets boosted there will always be a reaction by the body. You came off the PH and hormone level dropped thus leaving you in a state for gyno to form because the gyno hormones were either elevated or out of whack due to increased levels from the PH. If you read the letro/gyno removal thread you will see that 95% of the cases are from PH. It's garbage.

Letro can and will remove gyno. It'll make your body feel 97 years old while you use it but it will fix things.

Ralox, 60mg/day. No need to feel like total shit and use letro.

I hear about this a lot with prohormones and designers and a big reason is people don't use a testosterone base while taking them. The body starts doing some wierd shit with hormones that aren't "supposed" to convert when there is literally no testosterone in your body. Frequent rebound issues as well.

I'll give you an example. I have run Methylstenbolone by itself for a cycle. Msten does not convert. Mid cycle I got sensitive nips and had to treat gyno symptoms all the way through the rest of the cycle until pct. I am currently running it with testosterone and I have zero nipple issues using an ai. Overall I feel better and gains are vastly better as well.

If this clears up with Raloxifene or letro and you decide to cycle again make sure you use testosterone with your other shit. I avoided injectable for a long time but going to the dark side is really seeing the light. It is much healthier for your body and easier to manage.
