Hi guys,
August last year I did a 5 week cycle of Epistane, with the understanding that gyno was not a possible side-effect. I did everything by the book and a proper PCT of Nolvadex after it. This was the first and only time that I've touched a PH.
Probably a month after the PCT had ended (November), some gyno started forming, which I didn't really notice until December. It isn't looking extremely serious, however is very sore and of course very noticeable to me, particularly in one nipple.
I've read plenty of articles about Letro, however have also read that it is an outdated method and to stick with Nolvadex or Raloxifene.
My question is, how was this even possible? And what would be the best plan of attack?
Surgery is not an option for me.
