DAY 1

Got it today so I'm starting the log now. Took my first shot of 250mcg sub-q in the stomach. Remember, the goal here is to determine if BPC-157 works systematically or if it has to be shot locally at the injury site. The studies say it works both ways, the bro science says it works locally. I'm gonna get to the bottom of it.

Next update in a couple days.

Nothing to report yet, not feeling any different. Hopefully I'll have something more exciting to report in 5 more days.

Yea, I'm gonna give it every chance possible to work systematically rather than shooting at the site of pain or injury. All the studies say it's systematic but the bro science on the boards say it works only at the site of pain. I trust the studies more than I do the bros.. we shall see.

2 Week Update

Still not much to report. I'm not as tight as I was the last few weeks and I am sleeping a bit better but I'm not willing to credit BPC for that. Could be many reasons I'm not as tight. If there is a consistency to it and I continue to feel better overall than I might be more willing to give BPC some credit.

I have about 2 weeks left with the bottle I'm injecting sub-q in stomach. I'll switch to sight specific shots with the next bottle and see if that is superior.

3 Week Update

Nothing to report guys. No Effect. Starting to believe that it is probably not systematic and must be injected near the site of pain.

nah I dont think so. the aim of this particular log was to see if it's systematic or local. my theory was that it's similar to tb-500 in that tb is systamatic. bpc-157 though does not seem to be effective systematically.

i'll update when i start shooting it local at the pain site. if no change there than I'll be more willing to label in junk.

Ineffective. It's doing nothing at all for me. TB-500 was far more effective, shame TB is so much more expensive.

UPDATE

Might have spoke to soon. I'm gonna give this stuff another month just to be absolutely sure. It's possible that it takes some time to build up in the system as I've read in a few studies. Been feeling better the last few days but that could be many things. Not giving credit to BPC but I want to be sure I'm not ending it right as it's starting to work. Will update in 2 weeks.
