    running on tren

I started to get killer pumps in my calves from running, they are so painfull I have to break between sprint sets. If I am feeling lucky I can push em to 10 minutes, but after that I can't walk.

While doing heavy squats i also had this lower back pain to the point that i had to cut my squat work out short. I found out that it was lactic acid build up from heavy work loads on the body,so what i did was got a message and she placed a heating pad on my lower back b4 she messaged it to loosen it up. after doing this a few times my squat poundage was back on the rise with no more back problems bro..

I do SLDL on leg day, it only really bothered me on the prop/fina/drol. I had to lie down for a few minutes at a time on those days.

I hurt my back doing leg presses....since then I work out my lower back and glutes religiously...followed by stretching....my chiropractor says that most back injuries in the gym happen due to weak back, glute and abs.
