Also stopping all compound movements to the legs now. Just lunges, sissy squats and extensions from here

Is he not flexing his legs in his front db pose? I do agree that he is a little behind. I always tried to come in a little. Easier to add a little food if needed then scrambling at the end to come in lean enough. That being said... he looks great man. What are his current stats?

            His posing isn't great

When I told him; plant your feet, toes 10-2 and male like your trying to push your heels forward on the floor it helped him.

The thing is Chad, yes he's a tad off but when the legs are in constant use they will cloud

Hence why I'm pulling out the compound movements and we'll wind up the vit c and dandelion

Aldactone if needed but not unless

Pulled his carbs down to 250-275 now

He looks good Mr.I but his long legs are holding him back a bit. In life and pretty much every other sport being a tall guy is a great thing but in bodybuilding it can be a hindrance unless you've really packed on the mass.

Please don't take that as any sort of insult because again i think he looks great. I just think his main focus going forward is going to have to be to pack on as much mass on his long legs as possible.

It's cool, I uploaded this because it's his first go around at the routine. He isn't moving and posturing as he should. He's also depleted.

He's been in fish and lower carbs , hit cardio

Last night I had him take in steak and sweet potatoe

Today he's on a skinless potatoe every 2 hrs and rice cake between, pulled his water back now from 6 litres a day to 4

From 2 p.m. we pull his water back more

3 glasses of dry white wine tonight as his last drink of the day

Rice cakes and fruit hello t ommorrow 1 he before stage

Now it's about filling the muscles with glycogen while pulling water from the dubqutaneous layer.

                  Showtime tommorrow

                            Thanks pal

And the thing is he still feels quite good and healthy. The last one he did he literally couldn't lift a 20 lb dumbel for a week after and said it took him a year to recover.

This time with me he had direction and knew what to do and why. No; clen, gh, thyroid or diuretics were used here.

whats the plan for the off season? GH I assume in the off season no?

I got some Gh on the way right now. should have it soon. can't wait. no doubt it will have a helluva impact in terms of recovery.

i didn't do a show or anything but I damn sure ran my body into the ground so I feel like I can kind of relate to your boy needing a year to recover from his last show.

He just asked me to show prep him bro. I did it since he's a pal, took care of him and made sure it was safe.

He asked me today about what to do after. I've told him to take a week off then load up with 1000mg test for for a few weeks and use some hcg alongside. AIs also.

I've shown him how to train for his bodytype and has really happy with the gains he made so plans to continue.

As for gh etc I don't think he needs it. It's not like he's planning to be a pro and he has a young family to provide for l. Horses for courses and his waist is sub 30.

Like I say I take care of my friends
