Second guy is Aaron Baker according to comments. Others seem to be more conformable than Ronnie. Also some talk about issues having access to certain gear limiting what they can run. I imagine the 90's were a bit different for gear access. Not a lot if any ugl, no internet etc. One guy talked about reusing needles.

yea honestly ronnie isn't the best guy to talk to. he just isn't very bright and I honestly don't believe he understands the drugs on anything other than a primitive level. "i take drug i get big". seems like the kind of guy that minmizes drug use and promotes "faith and the power of god to help you achieve your goals".Originally posted by chuckz28 View PostLol, the more he asks Ronnie the more he comes out with. "Oh I forgot about that" haha. Spends $15k on gear for a contest. Seems like those guys measured stuff by the cc, or quantity of pills taken more so than mg amount.

Most mentioned having an anabolic + androgenic of choices or 3 injects + orals, growth and slin. Probably looking at 2-3 grams of gear. Growth ranged from 4-9 iu. Slin usually only during carb loading phase at moderate dosage. Oral was typically anadrol 1-6 a day, some used others such as halotestin etc.
Basically a lot of It came down to what they could access at the time and what they could afford. They talked about how they would hear another guy was running more, or longer, so they would up to match. Easy to see how this leads up to today's high levels of usage and never coming off. Most mentioned it wasn't worth spending more than you would make by winning unless you do multiple shows close to each other.
They chose a couple different diuretics depending on time up to the show but I think they all said they use aldactone at some point. They also mention the drug test they do is only for diuretics so they just took what wasn't on the list.
I think most of these guys competed in multiple shows through the year so there wasn't much offered in terms of off season other than simple stacks. They seemed to ramp it all up going to the show and cut off a week out.

Tell ya one thing, I'd be up there saying, "let's cut the bullshit, without the drugs none of us would be shit.. I keep it fucken real!"
Yes its hard work in the gym, yes it's hard work in the kitchen but you keep everything exactly the same and results will be 1/10th as good without drugs. Fact. I hate pussies who try and deny this. Imma drug user who can be fucken real.
Ronnie in his prime without drugs would have been 225lbs on stage at best. Better than average fella obviously because he has superior genetics but nothing close to what he was able to achieve with the power of drugs. This is obvious to most but the way pros minimize drugs and promote hard work is deceptive in a big way.

Guess it doesn't matter what anyone says. If they say nothing, people ask why, if they say low dose, they are lying. If they say high dose, they are lying. It's really a no win situation. Every person has their own idea of what they think a pro is taking and if it doesn't line up with that idea then they aren't satisfied. I have always heard, the lower level guys are taking more than the top guys in attempt to cover inferior genetics. This is still the most I've ever heard coming out of these guys mouths regarding the matter of specifics and it was enjoyable to see.

Mr apple let me see you take 40iu of growth and see if you ever gain use from your hands again or if the carpel tunnel cuts off the blood supply and turns them blue after less than half of that. Besides this interview is the 90s not today.Originally posted by BlueApple View PostNone of those guys are on less than 10 grams of gear a week and 40 ius of hgh a day. Bodybuilders are notorious liars dont believe a word that comes out of their mouths.
