any update Juice on your acne. what have you tried since your post? I would always use the easiest and cheapest solution first

washing and scrubbing with a body wash
tanning
ala
b5

and if those don't work go to the more in depth drugs and treatments.

by the way I am taking less than 2 grams of b5 and it has cleared me up very nicely.
