I pretty much have been taking off from most exercize. Only hitting legs, limited back, biceps, and triceps. All low intensity and light weight. My physique has gone to total shit and a whole year of work has gone away but at this point what is another month? I may as well.

I feel ya bro trust me. Been a month now and I'm about 85% better but it seems like it's take fucken forever. Gh will probably speed up the process but still I feel depressed as fuck not being in the gym. That is my therapy. Keep your head up bro. This type of shit separates the alphas and the betas. Keep pushing forward.

Ok my tb500 run is complete and tbh I'm glad. Each injection was like a big mosquito bite that would last for weeks. It seemed to get worse each time, big ole itchy swelled up spot. In the beginning I had no reaction at all, but the further along I got the less my skin liked it. The redness would continue for a couple weeks even though the itchiness would be gone in a few days.

Anyway as far as effectiveness, it was to a point. I am much improved but it seemed like the lastfew weeks have been stagnant as far as the recovery. I have greater range of motion but can still catch the pain spot at a reduced level. I am able to work chest again but still keeping things very light. This is much better than not even being able to hold my body weight on that arm in pushup position. Shoulder press is not happening any time soon as it catches that spot.

From here if it gets any worse or doesn't even improve in the next 2 months I'm going to the doctor.

Yeah bro BAC water and tb from maxim. Also using it with melanotan 2 with the same BAC and it doesn't cause the same reaction so it's just the TB500. Just an itchy annoyance. Worth it for how much better my shoulder feels but it really sucked.

I did research it a little while ago and it does happen to some people. They take benadryl with it to help but that shit knocks me the fuck out so I just dealt with it.
