And since the one I'm looking at has several other amino acids that help metabolize fat, it can assist in fat loss. Plus, higher levels of B12 helps decrease homocysteine which decreases the risk of heart disease and stroke for us who use gear. It also regulates circadian rhythms and helps improve sleep and boosts immune.

So what was that again about it has no real benefits?
I heard cyanide really improves the sleep cycle as well.........

What they are saying is yes B12 does ASSIST in all of those things, but it is not worth the money or the effort. It is not going to give you any results that could not be achieved through dieting, cardio, and sleep hygiene.

You're obviously quite sensitive and rather than taking b12 for energy, may wanna control your estrogen. Seems like your mangina has flared up a tad.
        Letro should fix that.

Well instead of you guys actually knowing FACTS and saying it has little benefits when in reality, I just stated more benefits than you guys stated cons, shows none of you know much about it at all. And I never claimed it was an attack. Just don't assume ny use is to make up for lack of nutrition and training. If you guys are under 190lbs, no need to comment back. Lol

Bro you state facts that you've read. We have people that have actually used it and have experience with it. You asked if it's worth it and you've gotten an answer but it's not what you want to hear. I'm well above 190lbs but that really has nothing to do with whether or not b12 is worth it. If you had actual experience with it you'd understand what people here are saying. Go ahead and actually use it and you'll come to the same conclusion.

It's not like it's expensive. I get 15ml for $8. I'm pretty sure it won't hurt me injecting B12 with some Test. Lol You guys made it seem like I was looking for a miracle or something. Lol

You perception of what people are saying is strange. You got nothing but straight answers from people who've used it before. Nobody attacked you or implied anything. Your defensive over nothing. Will it hurt you? No it won't.

                      Confused on your weight limit...

Anyway, I tried B12 for 6 months, noticed nothing different.

Which manufacture is making a 15ml vial? It was on a market shortage a few months ago and the price jumped up dramatically.

I got assumptions from people thinking I was trying to take the easy way out and seeing if B12 is gonna be a miracle. "Do your cardio blah blah blah"... No shit? Lol really? All I was wondering if it is okay to use and dilute my injections with.

Odd, in post #3 you talk about fat loss and well being. You could have easily just posted "Can I mix b12 with testosterone". You have been defensive from the beginning. Relax.

And look at every post after that mentioning fat loss like I said I NEEDED to lose fat from B12. Where did I say I was dependent on it for that reason? And I've been defensive because of stupid assumptions
