        What's up brothers, killed back yesterday. The session was on point. Definitely felt in the zone and handled business. Utilized some Tren Base pre workout, I am definitely a fan of the stuff for sure. Highly recommended it. Here is how the session looked.

        Deadlifts
        Rack Pulls
        BB Rows
        HS Low Row
        T Bar Row
        All 4x10

        Heading in to smash some shoulders here in a little bit and will report back... All in all though everything is going perfectly (knock on wood lol). As I have been stating.. Zero complaints. I'll check you guys later.. Much love

          Killed Shoulders yesterday... Trained intuitively and went by feel, was a great session. Pinned some Nuke pre workout so you know I was in the zone.

          Went on this morning and hit Arms. Again I just trained off of feel, decided to use mainly cable moments and went higher reps with drop sets. Big pumps but also making sure to really tear the muscle down. Felt great.

          Protocol is still the same, 1 ML ED Tren A and Test P with Adex and Prami. Added 50mg Winny ED starting this week. Excited to really tighten up and harden out these last 6 weeks before a small cruise and then into a lean bulk. Will keep updated through the process.

            What's up brothers, just checking in.. Today was an off day. Just chilling handling business. Feeling great, sleep is hit and miss but I am dealing with I.

            Going in tomorrow to hit my second chest day of the week... High reps moderate weight. Will report back after the session. So far so good with the Winny.. Few days in on it, will keep posted on how that goes too... Much love fellas.

              What's up fellas. Slept like shit last night, sweat my balls off and was tossing and turning constantly haha.. Fuck it though, heading in to go smash some Chest right now. Loaded up on coffee and tossed some Tren Base in my pin.. I am ready to go kill shit.

                What's up fellas, killed Chest earlier today. Pinned 2 ml Tren Base pre workout, so I was definitely in the zone. Laying in bed right now and can't sleep for shit. Smoked some weedsand it just made it worse haha.

                The Chest session was higher reps all movements 4 sets, 12-15 reps with a drop set after the last set.
                Flat Bench
                Incline Bench
                Incline DB
                Incline HS
                Pec Dec

                Hit some cable tris at the end and hopped in the sauna.. Going to kill legs when the gym opens in a hour since I can't sleep.. Will be pinning some Nuke pre workout.. Love this stuff. Good job Prime. .

                  Legs was a success... Crushed it... Off of basically no sleep and tossed some Tren Base preworkout...regardless I was in the zone and got it handled. Here is how it looked

                  Squats 4x10
                  Leg Press 4x12
                  Lunges 4x 25 each leg
                  Leg Ext 4x25
                  Leg Curl 4x25

                  Hit the sauna afterwards and headed out.... I'll be heading out of town this weekend, but will still get my training etc in and will be at active around here..Time for a little nap and get ready.. Much love fellas

                    What's up fellas, another day is here, which means another chance to make some gains. I Just hit a nice Arm Session, didn't track anything except for in my mind. I have a pretty good idea as to when I have reached a progressive overload, whether it be by heavy weight or higher reps. I always try to blow the muscle out and break it down to build more fibers.. Causing growth... Aka Gains.... Today I went higher reps moderate weight except for in a few movements I went heavy like close grip bench etc..

                    Hope everyone has a good one. I'll be taking tomorrow as an off day and hit it back hard on Monday. Take it easy brothers.

                      What's up fellas. Rest day today. Also one week in on the a Winny. Definitely some good astuff. Already feel a look harder and more tight. We will see how my joints hold up.

                      Everything is going great, about to make some steaks and potatoes. Have a good one brothers.

                        What's up Brothers, another day is here which means another chance to make some gains. Yesterday started the beginning of week 7. Did my daily pin of Prop and Tren A, and took my dose of Winny. Pins are continuing to be smooth and pip free. The Winny is definitely starting to shine. Feeling tight and hard, and it's only been a week on it.

                        Went and hit some Chest this morning. I pinned 1ml TNE and 1ml Tren Base preworkout.. Needless to say I was on the zone and got to business. Here is how the session looked.
                        Flat Bench 4x10
                        Incline Bench 4x10
                        Incline DB 4x12
                        Incline HS 4x10
                        Pec Deck 4x15

                        Tossed some cable Tricep work on the tail end of the session and pumped it out until failure... Was a great session

                        All in all everything is going great. I will check back in later. Much love Brothers.

                          What's up brothers, sliding through for the daily check in. Everything is going great, actually got some decent sleep last night, which had been rare recently. Although I still woke up soaked in sweat, but that just let's me know the Tren is flowing haha.

                          Morning Pin went smooth, tossed some TNE in the tube along with my Tren A an Prop, about to go hit some Back. Going to go for a heavier session with a 5x5...I will report back after the session. Much love Brothers

                            Felt good and strong , strength has definitely gone up since adding the Winny. Did my Pin this morning with no issues as usual. All is good over here.

                              Trensomnia is in full swing tonight, so figured I would check in.

                              Shoulders went great today. I decided to go off of feel and not worry about sets or reps. Just got in there and went to town. Incorporating lots of drop sets and high volume along with some Heavy work as well. I honestly love just going in with no major game plan and just hitting whatever muscle group for that day really hard. Focus on tearing the fibers down and also going for a huge pump.

                              The Winny had me hard as a rock, but I am starting to feel it on the joints. Gotta keep an eye on that, but other than that I am loving it. Also Pinned 1ml TNE and 1ml Tren Base preworkout. Can't get enough of the stuf.

                              That's it for now, need to attempt to get some sleep. Wish me luck haha.
