    What's up Brothers, Tren is hitting hard tonight. Had a killer Leg session this evening. Pinned 2 ml Nuke and ended up getting such bad lower back pumps I had to rest extra between sets. But still hit it hard.

    All 4 sets of 10

    Squats
    Leg Press
    Leg Ext
    Leg Curl
    Calves 4 sets of 20 here

    Just hitting the start of week 8.. Winny had been added for a couple weeks now and I can definitely say it is quality. Joints are dry as hell and my muscles are solid and dense. Definitely loving but hating it due to the joints.

    Still trucking along though. Very satisfied and ready to finish these last few weeks off strong....Then I will cruise for a short time and go into a lean bulk.

      What's up Brothers, I ended up taking today off as a rest day. After a killer Leg session yesterday my body was needing some extra relaxation.

      Doing some extra food today and making some French Dips with Cube Steak.. Always a nice treat. Nothing else to report right now. I placed an order some some Proviron so going to be adding that into the mix soon. Other than that all is good.

      Will check back tomorrow after Chest.

        Quick check in today Fellas.

        Killed Chest this morning. Here is how it looked 4x12 for everything

        Flat Bench
        Incline Bench
        Incline DB
        Incline HS
        Pec Dec

        Hit some cable tris work in the end as usual and hit the sauna

        Everything is on track and going smoothly...

        Feeling worn out and tired today.. Which means I should sleep like a baby tonigh... Much love Brother, check back tomorrow after Back day

          Went in and hit some Back earlier today. Pinned 1.5ml Nuke pre workout, which made the session on point.

          I decided to go in and run off of feel like I have been doing a couple times a week recently. I know what needs to be done as far as how much volume and intensity I need to give in order to achieve progressive overload and match or out do my previous back session.

          With that said I usually tend to go for more moderate weight with high intensity and volume when I decided to train this way. With a couple heavy sets thrown in typically... I think we all know when we have had a good workout... I always leave the gym with a HUGE pump when I do things this way.. Which I love.

            What's up Brothers... Late check in, been a busy day.

            Went and hit some shoulders today. Session went great, pinned some Tren Base Pre workout which is always nice and makes for a great workout.

            Didn't track anything as far as reps or sets but definitely completed the task at hand. Which was to test the fibers down.

            Other than that not much to report. Gear is still treating me well. Got a couple packs on the way, excited to add the Proviron.
            Everything is really coming together these last few weeks with the cycle.. The addition of the Winny had really pushed things to the next level.

            Huge shout out to Prime on the solid gear. I will check back later after Arms.. Much love fellas

              What's up Brothers, slept like shit last night. Woke up soaked in sweat, changed my towel I was laying on twice. That Tren Life....Still went in and hit arms this morning and killed it regardless. Had a damn good session actually despite the lack of sleep.

              Didn't track the session but stuck to a few DB movements and the rest I pumped out on the cables. Felt good.

              Morning pin went smooth, didn't use any preworkout injects today. Going to lay down and get some more rest bow seeing as itsmy day off work. I'll check back in layer.. Much love fellas

                What's up fellas. Once again the Tren is taking over when it comes to sleep. Got a few solid hours in though. Killed Arms yesterday to the point that my biceps are pretty damn sore today. Feels good.

                Just did my morning pin and everything is still smooth and feeling nice. Going to take today off from the gym and hit legs hard tomorrow. Especially with the Winny now being in the mix my joints definitely feel it the next day particularly my elbows. But it's all good nothing major.

                Everything is still on track. Take it easy Brothers. I'll be around

                  Another day, means more gains. Did my morning Pin and added a ML of TNE to the mix. Definitely gives me that extra edge when I need my.

                  Went on and hit legs this morning. Felt good, I got it my zone and did work.

                  Squats
                  Leg Press
                  Leg Ext
                  Leg Curl
                  Calves
                  All 4 sets of 12 with a drop set on the last set. Except Calves were sets of 25*

                  Hit the sauna for a while and called it quits.

                  Forgot to add today will be the start of adding the Proviron into the protocol... 50mg everyday, should be a nice addition, other than that everything is still solid, not much else to report. I'll check back in later. Take it easy fellas, have a good weekend.

                    What's up Brothers, Happy Easter. Hope you all are having a good weekend.

                    Just did my morning pin which was smooth as usual. Today is the start of week 9... Added Proviron in the other day which is something I plan to run year round...Everything as far as the gear goes is still good to go with no complaints.. Got another order on the way and will post of some sexy porn when it lands.

                    Just did a quick pump up session on my home equipment this morning... Just did really high volume Flat and Incline Bench. Lots of sets and reps pyramiding up to only 225 and literally doing as many sets and reps as I could until absolute failure, the dro settled it down....Crazy pump... Especially seeing as I pinned 1ml Nuke pre workout.

                    Not much else too report.. I'll be around though.. Take it easy fellas.

                      Just got back from a killer Back session... Did something a bit different today... I literally did nothing but Barbell movements

                      Deadlifts
                      Rack Pulls
                      BB Rows

                      All 5 sets to absolute failure followed by a drop set.... It was honestly one of the most intense sessions I have had in awhile.. It's not always about how many different exercises to do.. Pick a few solid ones and really push hard on them... Felt great

                      Pinned some TNE and Tren Base mixed pre workout.. Always good times.

                      Other than that not much to report.. I'll check back later

                        What's up Brothers, just did my morning Pins.. Smooth as always. Added in 1.5 ml Nuke and am about to go in and smash shoulders.

                        Sleep is complete shit but that's what let's you know the Tren is doing its job lol. Other than that everything is still going great. Very pleased.

                          Shoulders was a success, killed it. Did some pretty crazy high rep coupled with pretty high weight sets.. For every movement I did a 10x10....it was intense to say the least.. Movements I used were

                          OHP
                          HS Press
                          HS Behind Neck Press
                          DB Raises
                          Side Laterals
                          And Finished with Face Pulls

                          Tossed in a few sets of shrugs at end with heavy weight moderate reps.

                            What's up Brothers, rest day today. Generally I used to train basically everyday, and have recently been trying to take a couple or a few days off each week. I feel a lot of us forget, me included, that you grow OUTSIDE of the gym.

                            That being said, I love being in the gym so it's hard for me now to hit it hard everyday, but I really see better progress with a few rest days.

                            Morning pin went good, dosed the Winny and Proviron as well.

                            Other than that everything is still solid. I will check back in later as usual.. You guys know the routine. Have a good one fellas.

                              BOOM!!!! Just blew up arms haha What's up Brothers, daily check in.

                              As I said just got back from smashing Arms. Session went great, went it with no real game plan other than to leave with a huge pump and feeling that I did some damage.. In a good way.. I would say I succeeded.

                              Lots of DB Curls and extensions follow by a majority of the work being done on cables. Definitely still feeling pumped up.

                              Pinned my usual pins and added on some Nuke at 1ml. Everything gear related on going good.

                                What's going on fellas, went in for a second Chest day of the week earlier today. Just kept things pretty basic with 4x10 for every movement with a drop set at the end.

                                Flat Bench
                                Incline DB
                                Incline HS
                                Dec HS
                                Pec Dec 4x20 here.

                                Everything was good. Honestly felt a bit tired today but still pushed hard and got the job done. Tomorrow is a rest day so made sure I still killed it despite being tired, I can rest tomorrow.

                                Gear wise everything is still on point. Injects still smooth like I have been saying everyday
                                . Boringly smooth pins haha which is nothing to complain about. Hit some Tren Base preworkout, always makes everything better.

                                Proviron has been in for a little bit now and I can definitely say it is good to go. Rock hard wood and libido is up a noticeable amount. Also have a better all around sense of well being.. Definitely glad I added it
                                Plan to keep it as a staple.
