  • ROAD TO NATIONALS WITH PRIME PHARMA!!!

    Ok guys so I'll be running a log to nationals North Americans to be exact I did it last year and did decent enough were I feel confident I can place in top 3 if we all do this right and I mean all of us as in you me and my coach and prime pharma I might snag a pro card god willing I'm making a pit stop to compeat at the phil Heath classic in 6 weeks so there will be 2 cycles we put together I'll only be using prime pharma besides insulin and Hgh and stims.I won't crank the juice to hard here at the phil Heath classics as i already qualified for nationals the reason behind doing this show is to figure out my dame body I literaly change by the hour when I'm that lean its hard to track if I'm getting flat or need more sodium or just water so that's what we are going to try to figure out I'll post diet cycle and pix every week and training split

    1st cycle npc show phil heath classic

    Weeks 1-4
    900mg test prop every week
    900mg eq ew
    600mg tren ace ew
    600mg mast prop ew
    600mg inj winni ew
    1mg adex ed
    4iu Hgh ed all in am
    75mcg t-3
    70mg ephedra 400mg caffeine 81mg aspirin
    40mcg clen all the way up to 100mcg

    Weeks 4-6
    700mg test suspension ed all the way to show
    700mg tren ace ew all the way to show
    700mg mast prop ew all the way to show
    700mg winni ew all way to show
    50mcg t-3 ed
    Hgh dropped
    80mcg clen ed
    30mg halo or 1.5mg metribolone


    Wake up
    50-75mcg t-3/70mg ephedra/400mg caffeine/81mg aspirin
    40-80mcg clen/4iu Hgh/20g bcaa/10g glutamine
    45min stair master

    Meal1/15 egg whites 1 cup cream of rice

    Meal2/ 10oz 95% lean ground beef 1 1/2 cup white rice 5oz veggies asparagus

    Meal3/ same as meal 2

    Meal4/10 oz chicken breast 1cup white rice
    Work out 6iu humalog

    Intra work out shake 50g karbolyn 20g glut 20g bcaa

    Meal5/ 12oz white fish 1cup white rice 5oz veggies

    Meal6/ 120oz whit fish 8oz viggies

    30min cardio if needed before bed depending on how I look

    Monday/legs
    Tuesday/ back
    Wed/Chest
    Thursday/shoulder
    Friday/arms
    Sat off 1 hour cardio
    Sun off 1 hour cardio

    Why drop the GH towards end of cycle? Water retention?

        Yes you are correct brother....The reason I drop Hgh it tends to make you hold water brother.usally drop it 14 days out to make sure I start to really dry out!

          high protein high carbs low fat. this is what works for me too. people seem to love the high protein high fat low carb thing but it makes me look like shit. maybe it works if you got a ton of fat to lose but if your lean high protein high carb is the way to go.

            Bro your exactly right that's what works for me as well high protein high carb very low fat. if you have a lot of fat keto diet works well very well!!

              Pre work out meal 10oz chicken Brest 1 1/2 cup whit rice the feeding never stops going to hit legs took my m1cc of prime pharma tren suspension and my 8iu humalog now it's all about pushing that nutrition in to the muscle hopefully still grow in to my show let's go boys!!!!

                    Yes food is the most important part of the whole proses I love red meat in need it at least once a day or get flat quick when I fist started competing I didn't no shit and was doing cans of tuna and couldn't get a pump for the life of me as a grew older and wiser I figured out my body what I'm getting at here is that every one is different you need to mess around try shit out try different foods,drugs ccombos exsersises and so on it will all come together!!

                        interesting. so you find red meat once per day gives you extra pump and fullness when your lean?

                        i have the same problem when super lean. pump just isnt the same as when bulking. i dont fill out my clothes the same when im shredded. but ive always stuck to just chicken and oats. you think adding in 1 red meat meal will help?

                            yea just oats with some craisens with each meal. few reasons. all the fiber keeps me nice and clear. :D i find that with just rice i cant take the same satisfying big dump. not trying to be disgusting but we all know how are stomachs can look when we are bound up. nothing like taking a big dump in the morning, makes your stomach look tiny. lol
