Ok guys so I'll be running a log to nationals North Americans to be exact I did it last year and did decent enough were I feel confident I can place in top 3 if we all do this right and I mean all of us as in you me and my coach and prime pharma I might snag a pro card god willing I'm making a pit stop to compeat at the phil Heath classic in 6 weeks so there will be 2 cycles we put together I'll only be using prime pharma besides insulin and Hgh and stims.I won't crank the juice to hard here at the phil Heath classics as i already qualified for nationals the reason behind doing this show is to figure out my dame body I literaly change by the hour when I'm that lean its hard to track if I'm getting flat or need more sodium or just water so that's what we are going to try to figure out I'll post diet cycle and pix every week and training split
