53 years old, never been "on" 6'4" 203 lbs about 15% BF.
I've always been pretty healthy, worked out etc. Except for when I retired out of the Army after 20 years. Got tired of it and quit. became a sloppy piece of shit! Got back into it 5 years ago, lost about 50 lbs of shit in 6 months and have stayed in shape since. Problem was in my 30's I was 235 with a 34 in waist..and solid..now Im 203 with the same waist.skinny bastard. Now lately I've been struggling in the gym, cant gain anything, actually, loosing strength, having to really "push" thru the work outs. Sex drive had diminished quite a bit. Shit still works most of the time but just dont have the drive for it I used to. I eat and wanna sleep..just frigging tired all the time...this just aint me anymore..so, I decided to get on the program as I'm getting older.
Been on this board for the last 5 years or so and have gained a lot of insight from you guys. I appreciate it so I figured Id run this for a while incase anyone else out there is in the same situation I am. maybe it'll help them. besides, maybe now Bouncer will leave me alone:D
My goals are to run a steady low dose and stay on it..so TRT plus a little if you will..LOL..and I will see where it takes me as I travel down the path. I want my old self back as far as motivation, sex drive and maybe even gain a little size back too..time will tell and we shall see where we go..
I will be running just a simple dose of Test C 200 MG/L E5D to start with.
Last wed night after work March 15 I pinned for the first time. I didn't sleep worth a shit that night as my mind was wondering..I will admit, I was nervous as to what I was getting into.
Now I don't know if its me and my mind just fucking with me..but I will say this..I have been in a GREAT MOOD since Thursday. I just feel good I'm like fuck yea..I'm Back. I haven't fallen asleep after meals not tired just feel fucking great! pretty crazy actually as I didn't expect this. I wasn't totally smoked after my work outs thurs and fri. I actually did a few extra reps each set and thru in and extra set on everything. Again..is it just my mindset? or is this shit really working? crazy...But hey..this is whats happening.
