    53 years old, never been "on" 6'4" 203 lbs about 15% BF.

    I've always been pretty healthy, worked out etc. Except for when I retired out of the Army after 20 years. Got tired of it and quit. became a sloppy piece of shit! Got back into it 5 years ago, lost about 50 lbs of shit in 6 months and have stayed in shape since. Problem was in my 30's I was 235 with a 34 in waist..and solid..now Im 203 with the same waist.skinny bastard. Now lately I've been struggling in the gym, cant gain anything, actually, loosing strength, having to really "push" thru the work outs. Sex drive had diminished quite a bit. Shit still works most of the time but just dont have the drive for it I used to. I eat and wanna sleep..just frigging tired all the time...this just aint me anymore..so, I decided to get on the program as I'm getting older.

    Been on this board for the last 5 years or so and have gained a lot of insight from you guys. I appreciate it so I figured Id run this for a while incase anyone else out there is in the same situation I am. maybe it'll help them. besides, maybe now Bouncer will leave me alone:D

    My goals are to run a steady low dose and stay on it..so TRT plus a little if you will..LOL..and I will see where it takes me as I travel down the path. I want my old self back as far as motivation, sex drive and maybe even gain a little size back too..time will tell and we shall see where we go..

    I will be running just a simple dose of Test C 200 MG/L E5D to start with.

    Last wed night after work March 15 I pinned for the first time. I didn't sleep worth a shit that night as my mind was wondering..I will admit, I was nervous as to what I was getting into.
    Now I don't know if its me and my mind just fucking with me..but I will say this..I have been in a GREAT MOOD since Thursday. I just feel good I'm like fuck yea..I'm Back. I haven't fallen asleep after meals not tired just feel fucking great! pretty crazy actually as I didn't expect this. I wasn't totally smoked after my work outs thurs and fri. I actually did a few extra reps each set and thru in and extra set on everything. Again..is it just my mindset? or is this shit really working? crazy...But hey..this is whats happening.

    Happy for you bro! Funny how everyone responds differently to it. Most will say it takes 2+ weeks until you feel the test kicking in but I feel it after a week. Not 100% but I definitely feel it.

        I know every one is different but I've seen people feel better and see strength changes for the better in their first week so you might be one of them since your receptors were just starving for some hormona lol.

        Now imagine five, six weeks down the road. :D

          I hear ya bro, I wasn't expecting much honestly..but I feel fucking great bro...Now if this isn't 100% kicking in, like you say.. and there is more to come in the following weeks as the test and dose build up and stabilize this is gonna be a cool crazy ass ride.:agreed:. That's why I decided to pin every 5 days. Bouncer suggested it and everything I read agreed with what he said on the "peak and valley" of its life if you will. I honestly haven't just felt this good in a long time.:thumup:

            Yep, it hasn't kicked in 100% yet. More benefits to come. :D

            When I run 300mg I pin twice a week. So I agree with you that every 5 days is perfect for your dose.

                Good Stuff Lip. I actually just started up on Thursday with E300 E5D and felt something yesterday at the gym, a little bit of a pump. I usually know the gear is working when the pump doesn't go away. This morning I woke up and still had the pump. Could be the Dbol 20mg I'm taking as well but I'm definitely feeling something. It's a great feeling.

                  Good shit lip, I'll be following your log for sure. When your levels are low you feel it after the first shot, I don't care what other people say. It may take a few weeks to fully saturate and feel the whole thing but after the first shot your levels are already higher than your norm and when you've been feeling like shit for a long time it is very noticable when you feel better.

                    yea your test levels were probably almost none existent. you'll feel it much faster compared to someone with average test levels. you'll be noticing a lot of changes quick I suspect.

                      B...just in my mood....energy levels I have already. Yesterday and today's workouts were great...extra reps each set plus extra set of everything. Still wanting more...not struggling like I was to get thru it.

                            UPDATE:

                            I pin again tomorrow morning (sat). Last 5 days have been great! Mood continues to be happy and up beat. Not tired. I lift at lunch time and then do cardio/core for an hour after work. So I'm getting in my two workouts 5 days a week like I used too. Feel fucking great! I didn't have the energy or drive for the last year or so. Id lift one day..do cardio the next. But Im back..if you will. Also, not tired in evening after eating dinner.. Id normally just crash and be done..not now.

                            Sex drive has slightly increased.

                            Workouts in the gym have been awesome. Showing a slight increase in strength. Where I normally do 10 to 12 reps, I'm doing 15 easy and then extra sets on everything as well. Sweating a lot more as well. Pumps have been stronger when working out but even after Ill hit muscle failure..in just a min or two..I want more and get another set. So recovery is faster. Normally Id be..ok enough..done...LOL. By about wed of this week I would say I'm feeling the pump during the day and night not just after working out for an hour..then it would be gone. IDK, Kinda like a mini pump all day in my arms legs back and shoulders. Also, I'm not as sore the next day after lifting.

                            Diet hasn't really changed much, but I seem to have lost some BF. My girl stated yesterday when I got out of the shower that "I'm filling out in the right places" is I believe how she put it. I've noticed slight gains in upper body and arms in this short time.

                            So over all..shit looking pretty good so far men... Ill up date again next week..
