Well C4 is a preworkout with caffeine and a bunch of other shit for energy. Monohydrate is not that. It's just creatine best suited for pwo.

Trying to shoot to 200 GMs protein per day. But I guess I'm only meeting 100. Any likely suggestions to get it on

Chicken, fish (canned tuna or anchovies are easy to carry around), lean pork, lean beef, beans, chickpeas, etc. Just stay away from sugary drinks and processed food and its easy to eat a bunch of protein. I still eat sort of crappy, compared to a couple of these guys, but its from mostly whole foods. Here is an example of a day where I ate poorly. Even then I hit over 200g of protein.

Just buy chicken breasts and prepare it before the day starts. I personally stay away from canned tuna these days. Shredded chicken with a little avacado and sriracha in Tupperware kills canned tuna taste and quality wise imo.

That really depends how they are cut bro, size of bird etc... They can range from 4 ounces to well over 12 ounces.

An average 6-7 ounce chicken breast is about 50 grams protein.

Everyday. No need to ever cycle or come off.

It has a massive amount of research on it. Its pretty much safe to take for years on end.

I disagree with that boricuarage. Though the research is intense, the kind of articles that we find might not be true. Too many fake thins could be found too. Mostly funded by reputed companies .
