      Why? Delts are simple as fuck.

      Delts first for me, then quads, I hate glute shots. I can do them but I have a hard time reaching around and injecting without shaking the pin around. I can have my girl do it but she gets squirmish.

        Glutes are the easiest for me.. I have always done delts in the past, but I grown to love glutes.. no way to hit the veins in the upper quadrants.. plus it's getting harder for me to reach to the delts.. sometimes I have my girl I inject my delt, but she get squimmish too.. ass for me bro.. Will only rotate when I start npp

            Delts are simple, if it's hard for you to do it you got the wrong technique.

            Kneel down on knees in front of bathroom sink counter, arms resting on counter simply reach across and inject. Keeps everything stable and easy to reach.

            If your just standing there trying to reach across to your shoulders yea that would be a pain.

              Nah dude I'm sittting down relaxed.. I'm not a huge mofo few more pounds and I will be where I want to be at but my shoulders are pretty good size.. if I hit the lateral front portion delts I have no problems at all.. I just prefer the glutes..

                                Put one arm up against wall and lat is there. But you gotta have lats in order to do it:thumup:

                                I've done all sites...traps, delts, bis, tries, gluten, calfs, pecs, quads....fav is lats, traps are good too
