      Today was my off day from lifting....
      Still sitting at around 82 kilos..

      Shrugs.. 25 kilos plates each side 4 sets

      Back shrugs on the Smith machine for 5 sets.. I feel like I get a better contraction having the bar behind me..

      Calve raises follow up with cardio on treadmill

      30 mins of LiSS and HITT training

              Weight is up 83 kilos.. looking fuller..

                    Bout to do some Abs and cardio... Question?.. do you guys ever do abs?.. I do them very rarely but I feel like I need to step my game up

                      I'll do them occasionally but as you know just being lean brings them out. My philosophy on the midsection in general is that it's the only part of my body I want as small as possible. So I keep any sort of midsection training to a minimum.

                          A few combo crunch/leg raises on the edge of a bed is all I've ever done for abs.

                                I do more obliques than anything else.

                                But my cardio and food keeps me lean, which makes my abs stand out.
