    I'm 5'9" and have got up to 220 but I've been doing jitz again and had to drop weight to compete and am sitting at 200-205 right now. I'm taking 400 test blend 400 mast 500 eq 250 deca and 3.5 ius gh and look and feel great

      Long Low-Moderate Dose cycles

      This was right before the cut at like 212-215 I was running tren at 500 and eq was at 1000 no deca or mast and test was at 600 but now that I've dropped everything down and switched some compounds I feel great

          I'm cruising in a couple of weeks... Look a whole lot leaner on a cruiser and now I will look leaner and fuller with the GH

              This year I bumped up my test to 350mg a week from 300mg. That's the most I ran in over 10 years. I like low dose cycles. I usually come off for 4 months and then jump back on. I never have a problem recovering either. I'm 5'9" at 217lbs. I feel great at this weight. Would like to get to about 220 but not much over that.

                  Looking good Juice. Ima drop mine to 600 to keep most water retention off and just run less aromatizable compounds like anavar or Tbol, or maybe even masteron. Can't run Eq and I bloat on deca. If I didn't hold water on deca I would run it cuz I feel great just don't look good lol

                    I like the idea. I've chased the number in the scale for too long. Now that my diet is good I'm 15 lbs lighter than I used to be when I bulked but I look a whole lot better.

                    And juicemonkey doing test, mast, EQ, and deca!!! His name fits!

                      Yes exactly. I've been there, number goes up on scale and your conditioning goes down. Fuck that. I want to look good in the process not have times where I'm unrecognizably bloated and others where I'm cutting down. It's a big yo-yo effect.

                        True that. I'm not at a point where I want to commit to trt between blasts so I'm gonna pct in a few weeks then I'm thinking about next year doing something long starting with low to mid test and EQ since EQ needs some time to get the most out of it and then finishing with low test and low to mod tren and mast. Plenty of time to figure out the details on that one but I'm not excited for this pct. I always recovered well in the past but this is my first cycle in 11 years or so.

                            Yessir. High Test is great for mass. It gets you big quick. But it also makes you retain a lot of water which is where most of its weight gain comes from. I don't want mass. Mass is fat/water/muscle. I want just muscle gain, and for that to happen it has to be over long periods of time. Fat and water gain is easy to attain in such a short amount of time. Definitely quality over quantity.

                              I think you'll recover just fine. Might be a little longer than what you were used to back in the day, since you're much older, but regardless you'll recover.

                                Exactly....Problem is. Most folks just want instant results...Look...I'm big now....Those are the same ones who don't last then turn soft n miserable. It's ll about slow steady gains that should keep for me.:D

                                I started in March...About 200 to 205... Now it's August..I've hit my goal of 220 lbs. Waist is still the same size...Actually a bit smaller..Slow lean gains..I'm sure I could of added that way faster...But it would of been a lot of water...Fuck that.
