    Dave- my first suggestion is to add another 30g of protein mid-day for lunch somewhere. a simple protein bar isn't going to cut it. as for your workouts, go heavy and stick to basic movements. don't worry about all the fancy machines in the gym. you'll be suprised how the extra 30g of protein will help you break your plateau in time.

      Yea i drink at least a gallon of water a day, thats all i drink actually, i jus sorta treat myself with something with taste with the gatorade....no i dont drink alcohol or do any drugs in fact i never have in my life, it destroys ur body. i would say im gettin close to 200 grams per day, but its hard, but i gotta sacrifice and do it....currently i havent been doing any cardio, i stopped about a month ago when i stopped gaining, i plan on starting again though...OK i will work on eating a mid-day protein boost....thanx again guys.
