So I feel bloated as hell the last few days and gassing up is insane...
Farting like every 5 mins... seems it happens more when im sitting or lying down..
In the gym maybe a few times i bust ass!! Sometimes gota take a dump in the middle of my workouts. I know nasty right... farted as im typing this. At first I thought it was all the protein, but it can be a little bit of both
Anyways I read GHRP can cause the bloat.
Here is what I found below
GHRP causes BOTH Gastroparesis AND Gastric Motility. For those of you who are unaware, Gastroparesis is where food is held in the stomach for far too long leading to problems, and Gastric Motility is where food is held in the stomach for far too little time, leading to problems.
Any way to minimize this bloat?

Bouncer you are smart man, and I value your opinion a lot. However if there's one compound I know it's ghrp if we're talking about 6... I've been running ghrp-6 from 2008 I believe it was until about 8 months ago just for appetite and I would only need it late in the day for my last meal, and talk about results. We all know 70 to 75% of your results is your diet, not what you're taking. When you're supposed to be tall and thin like me. However you don't want to be so you're eating between 650 and 750 grams of carbs, 250 grams of protein, and 80 grams of fat, which comes out to be about 5,500 to 6000 calories. You need ghrp-6 to eat all that. I see a lot of people bashing ghrp-6, and if you're taking it by itself to raise your igf levels. Good luck, and I believe that's what you're getting at bouncer I'm with you if it is. However there's only a few other things I will put in front of ghrp-6, for the simple fact that if you do not eat or do not grow and ghrp-6 can make you eat. but if you have a hard time eating and getting in all your meals than GHRP will help.
I still say mk-677 is better in both regards though.

bori trust me on this. you will agree with what we are saying in a few months when your excitement of running something new goes away. GHRP only benefit is that it helps you get calories in if your a twink like yourself.
you wont be running it in 3 months i guarantee it. you will realize its not worth it. mk-677 is superior and GH can't even be compared.
it's basically like when you get your first car. it's the best car in the world to you even if it's a 1997 kia. ghrp is a 1997 kia..

Listen to what I am typing very careful. I'm taking GHRP2. Dos not 6.. but 2
less sloppy than 6 with a more intense GH release.
I do not get the hungry effects as I did with mk677..
I can inject it and can wait 1 hour or more without eating..
My calories are the same (3200) since couple of weeks now. If anything im sick of eating..
I will stay as long as I want.
And when i see results. I will come back with a fuck you..

on paper 2 and 6 seem different. real world use they are very similar. almost as similar as cyp is to enath. you don't want to hear it i realize that. but i'm not going to tell you want you want to hear if it's not correct. after 6 months of ghrp-6 and then 6 months of ghrp-2 you would not be able to see any visual difference in the mirror.
