Agree. RBC and giving blood has plenty of data. But RBC, giving blood, and how it effects a steroid cycle has zero data. We only have user experience to go on.Originally posted by boricuarage79 View PostSteroids or not your RBC will increase again in 2 weeks.

Yea its total bro data that giving blood will not impact your cycle or lose any gains.. it's not like you giving 500mgs of test away. The poor bastard who uses that blood will be a superhuman[emoji3]...Originally posted by Bouncer View PostAgree. RBC and giving blood has plenty of data. Also I think certain Blood banks do not accept blood from people who take steroids. I believe TRT is exempt. So you would have to get a therapeutic phlebotomy.

I can only answer a question when there is a question to answer. You were asking for a specific case scenario that doesn't exist. You did not want bro science or experience.Originally posted by redback View PostI thanked him because he was making an effort and trying to be helpful and not acting like a total fuckwit.

Any roids you lose by giving blood will be replaced with your next injection. Blood donations are typically 480ml of blood. A 180Lb man has approximately 5,500ml of blood in the body. That means your blood donation is approximately 8% of your blood. If you lose 8% of a 250mg shot of testosterone that’s 20mg that is lost. Big fucking deal. Hahaha it won’t affect your gains.
