Ok Thanks. Is aromasin less harsh? I’ve read about it, can’t remember if I read it’s less likely to crash estrogen? Aromasin is available out here too but nearly double the price of adex for some reason..

I see no need to jump on higher doses. Your receptors are virgin so you’ll get results no matter what you do. I would start with 100mg testosterone per week. I personally prefer fast acting esters but I’m not sure how comfortable you are with injecting more frequently. If i had it to do all over i would take 50mg testosterone propionate every 3-4 days. Aromasin is the safest AI. 12.5mg every 2-3 days is good. I honestly think if you do this low dose cycle and eat clean/train hard, you’ll drop body fat and gain muscle simultaneously. You can run this long term. This is basically HRT at your age.
If you dose high you’ll just lose more when you come off. 500mg Test enanthate will bloat you up.

Test is usually not a problem in the UGL world. I've used script test from pharmacy and it's no different results wise or sides wise.

Other drugs like primo, anavar, GH etc.. I agree with your point 100%. UGL versions of those types of drugs are usually junk.

I just started a Test E only cycle 9 days ago (250mg E4D) and 2 days after my second pin, my nipples were sore and a little itchy. I have Aromasin and did not start it at the beginning of the cycle as i thought maybe the dose was low enough I wouldn't have any sides. But it seems that I must be prone to gyno. I took 12.5mg EOD starting 3 days after the first pin and now it seems that I may have to do 12.5 ED or 25mg EOD to keep mine under control. Just make sure you have the AI handy before you start or you will regret it. Just my two cents from someone that is going through it right now.

Thanks for the great advice. Yep, I really want to start with the min amount, I really want to meet my goal but I’m quite worried about my health. Probably overly worried tbh

No need IMHO to jump right up to 500 a week, youll get great gains at 300 to 350 a week. take it slow and easy and work your ass off youll be surprised at the gains youll get at a lower dose. Remember aprox 20% will get converted to estrogen, so the higher the dose, the more estrogen your body will produce. have a good AI on hand, start at the lower dose and run the cycle. Do bloods and check half way thru. Lower dose easier to control, you can see feel and learn how it affects your body and easier to control the estrogen. Just my thoughts. when I started I ran test cyp at 200 MG
E5D for several months I gained 15 lbs of muscle in that time on such a low dose.. Good luck

One thing I’ve noticed is my fat distribution has changed over the past few years, damn love handles lol. I think now I just need to make a final decision on whether I want to stay at 16-18 BF and my current weight, or jump on and do better, but hope for no serious sides. It’s only recently I’ve come to understand I can’t get where I want to be natty..After hours of reading and trying all kinds of lifting programs and nutrition plans e.g lean gains. I know now my body isn’t going to get any better, if anything it’s getting worse lol, even though I’m dieting well and training hard, when I think back on all the hours I’ve put in with no results at all I lol..but on the upside it’s been enjoyable, I like the training

There are independent lab analysis of the testosterone Flash Labs sells. All tests show accurate dosing. If you trust your source then yes. The OP said he is in Thailand where it’s legal so they must have Phama grade test available?

Yeh Pharma available here. So far I’ve just got a price on testoviron and another test e made by rotex medica, a German company but I think it’s manufactured locally. There’s other brands available but I think I’ll go with the testoviron, I’ve read it’s decent stuff

I saw those numbers you posted and I wasn't impressed. I get my test from the pharmacy and my numbers were doubled compared from the UGL you rep.

Also those numbers you posted; a simple low dose clomid protocol can get you to that range.

Not bashing the source, but it's not a wow in my eyes.

Bayer Testoviron and Rotex are both from German companies and yes manufactured in Thailand because they do not make the stuff in Germany no more.
Take a blood test a few weeks after your cycle to know where your test levels are at.
I would also recommend proviron from Bayer as well. It will help free up more test. 25-50mgs a day is plenty.

I can get it over the counter for 3 bucks in Greece; however they do not manufacture them anymore here in Germany.

You can get Masteron which works the same as Proviron and probably better, but it requires injecting as well

Those aren’t the independent lab results. The sustanon, Test cyp, and a blend with the test phenylprop were sent for lab analysis by donating members and mods to get analyzed. All 4 tested near exact on milligrams. It’s posted at anasci.org in the lab testing section. I can’t post the results of the actual numbers or I’ll get permanently banned.

In regards to the blood serum results i posted from a customer using test enanthate, you should know individual serums vary greatly from person to person. You have no idea what each individual’s baseline is or how their body processes AAS.
