When I'm off, my carbs go high and fats low. Protein stays the same always regardless of cycles. When ON, I keep carbs low and fats high.
My training is the same, but the weight poundage is SO much lighter lol.
But to be honest, I feel really fucking good, I do. But do I feel better while ON? ABSOLUTELY!!!
I needed to give myself a bit of a break, and it's been 2 months now of being OFF.
I'm giving it another couple of months before i go back fully ONSent from my SM-G955U using TapatalkOriginally posted by redback View PostRado are you training the same and eating all the same cals you were when you were on?

Carbs are my enemy while ON bro, always has been.Originally posted by Bouncer View Postwhy the change? you think you hold too much water from the carbs while on or what?
What keeps my weight on while being OFF, is carbs.
My fats play a huge role as well. But my protein is the same either way

Do you think the lighter weights is more a mental thing? If you upped the cals slightly and kept with the heavy weights you think you could maintain it?Originally posted by rado View PostWhen I'm off, my carbs go high and fats low. you can't maintain the same weights jack off. when you come off a cycle everything gets heavier that's just a fact. doesn't matter what you do with calories.Originally posted by redback View PostDo you think the lighter weights is more a mental thing? when you're on you go in to the gym and shit that felt heavy last week feels like nothing. I can't count how many times i've had to check the DB's or the plates to make sure i grabbed the right ones because it feels too light compared to what it felt the week before etc..
you can minimize strength loss but you cannot stop it.

I feel the same as Rado when I'm off. I feel healthier but don't feel the same with confidence. Losing that 5-10 pounds is tough mentally. But I always come off to give my body that break. I'll be coming off again end of summer beginning of fall for a couple months like I always do. After that I may just drop my test to 150mg a week and see how I feel.

I'll be taking a month off. Heading on vacation soon so I'll be off for a week so thought it was a good time to give myself a break from that also. But want to time it that I'm not off GH and AAS at the same time.Originally posted by Bouncer View Postbet you wont be coming off the GH will ya?

Some people disagree with you fuck wit....but yes you will loose some strength but I think you will find most ppl who come of stop eating, and also start training like a bitch, pretty much how you train ( for the pump ) gaylord.Originally posted by Bouncer View Postyou can't maintain the same weights jack off. when you come off a cycle everything gets heavier that's just a fact. doesn't matter what you do with calories.

I had my last drol about 4 days before my assult incident. Thats about 2 weeks now. prior to that my last test shot was 3 weeks earlier. So thats 5 weeks being off test and 2 weeks off drol.
When I was on my cals were around 3000. They are now at 4500. My back weights have actually increased in that last two weeks. Yes I have lost about two pounds but my strength currently is just as good, better on back movements but I am training like an absolute nut. I'm still trying to increase the weights and the cals and i can't complain because atm it seems to be working. You can't say there is any gear in my system...its all food.
