You should try Aquafina Essentials, it is a watered down version of gatorade, tastes good without all the simple carbs...

I think this way makes alot of sense. You figure you would want to drink something other than water and along with water before(carb energy) and after working out(protein/carb shake for fast recovery), but during the work out IMO is a important time that you'll need to consume nothing but "water" to keep the system flushed .Originally posted by lordhumongous
