I love that feeling. Only thing about bi injections I dislike is that it doesn't always go in as smoothly. Skin kinda feels like it has to be pushed in a little before the needle will penetrate it.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. This is the first site I have used "Thor" really so there are probably some other guys who operate under the same name over at other boards.

Is the Brachias the one that sticks out when you flex your tris? always thought that was part of the tri.. do you flex when injecting? Great read.... thanks. I love hitting the bi's. gonna try the tris.

The Brachialis is underneath the medial head of the bicep.. If you flex your bicep and look at it from the side, the lump between the round part and the tricep is the Brachialis.. ;)

You'll love hittin' tris, I seriously think my triceps improved after spot shots..
