There is actually no proof for or against spot induced growth, especially in smaller muscle groups. We can argue all we want, but there is both evidence for it, and against it. So to say it is bullshit is just an opinion, just as to say it definitley works is an opinion. If it doesnt work for you, well then dont do it. If you feel extra growth from it, keep on doing it.

23 guage 1' for quads, bi's chest, 23 g 1 1/2 for glutes. You can get a straw at McDonalds that will push faster if thats OK but man will that hurt.
My glutes are sore for about 4 days after a shot with the small bulge. Probably due to the slow absorbtion of the oil. Use massage and heat if it really bothers you. Or better yet, have someone else massage it.:cool:

Stallion...... This is what I do. But the only way I would only use a 1'' pin in the glutes is if I had no ass. 1'' in the glute is for a bro with very low bf. If your body fat is over 9-10% or so, then I would go 1.5''.
I go:
1.5'' 23G in the glutes (OCCASIONALLY 1'' 25G in glute to mix things up back there. lol)
1'' 25G in Delts and quads
5/8'' 25 G in bi's, tri's and pecs.

Next.... I would like to say that.. I normally use a 5/8'' pin for bi's, tris, and pecs even though I could probably go with a 1''. Just being a bit safer knowing that I am already going into the muscle tissue, so not gonna push it too much. I have seen some bros go in to far and have weeks of pain. Not worth it to me. PEACE! KIR
