the only thing i've ever used pct is clomid. starts two weeks after your last shot. 100mg/day for 1 week followed with 50mg/day for another 2-3 weeks. should do it for ya.

for your current pct drop the clomid down to 50mg ed and add 40mg of nolva ed, do this for the next 2wks

I'll be taking 50mg Clomid/40mgNolva for the next 2 weeks.


One final question: How long should I stay off before my next cycle?

the general rule i was always told is to stay off at least as long as you were on. a 12 week cycle would mean that you are going to stay off cycle at least 12 weeks before starting the next one. and i've seen a lot of post on here about using nolva with the clomid. i thought that nolva was generally used to combat gyno??? what is the benefit of doing the nolva pct? thanks

Time on = Time off does that include PCT?

Say your run a 12 week cycle. should you waite 12 weeks after your last shot or 12 weeks after PCT. Or if you include PCT your cycle is actually around 17 weeks So should wait 17 weeks after PCT?
