Lab Results. Fucking confuse for the first time

Got my bloods today and my Hematocrit levels are 56!!(range 38-49 ) Hemoglobin 18.6(range 13.1-16.8) Test levels 3.8 (2.50-8.40 ng/ml) E2 10 (11-43)

My levels are always in the normal range when I'm off. How the fuck my red cells are so high! And my E2 is low.

Blood pressure is always normal, no headaches, chest pain or nothing.

Symptoms brain fog/ Brain Spacey feeling, lethargic.

Sex drive is normal, but not like when I'm on.

my guess would be that it's just still elevated from your previous cycle.

you probably know this but the single biggest reason for high hemocrat levels is dehydration. you been drinking enough liquid?

Yea doc ask me if I drink enough water, but I was prolly dehydrated during the blood work since it was in the morning. I had like maybe half a liter,

MCH
MCHC
Thrombozten are good..

So I guess I'm good.

56 should get you a script to a phlebotomist that is thick blood. Mine was like that and TRT doc just gave me a standing order to get it checked once a month and drained if required. I use red cross but there have been times when I have to go in between.
That is some really low test I do believe that our body seeks homeostatis could just be your not producing and because you have no test.
My bloods just cam back if I told you my estro you would have a stroke, I think I might.

Only one endo in my city and it takes months to see them.

Look I asked them for a full blood workd and I got partial, but then again this was my cannabis doctor.

Certain general practitioners are allowed to give you a weed card as long as you have the documents from specialist to back it up.
I just went there to get the weed card, but he a normal house doctor as well. These fuckers don't know what they prescribed. I just tell em what strain I want give my script and be on my marry way

General Practitioner, Internests snf NP's, PA's sre basically, for the most part useless. Not only in Germany, everywhere.
Specialists are usually on the ball becsuse, they study a single area of medicine snd ignore the rest.
It sounds like residual effects from a previous cycle.
The only explanation I have for the Estrogen being low is, possibly, you used too high a dose of an AI, it wss really, really low at a point and now it is in process of normalizing. That's just a guess though. Im sure time will take care of this. Good luck.

My baseline could just be low or the test just sucks.
It was a different doc, but I will go to my normal doc to redo my bloodwork because I asked for a certain blood work and half of the shit I was looking for I.E cholesterol, liver functions weren't even on there.

you might feel better in some ways compared to being on an AI but i would wager you get some unwanted sides with higher estro. i know you've had to drop cycles abruptly a couple times because you don't like how you feel etc.. i would bet it's the estro fucken with your head.

without AI i get emotionaly weird. mood swings, anxiety, extreme highs and lows etc..

maybe your different but i find it hard to believe you don't benefit from controlled estro levels compared to high ones.

It's useless to run an AI at 150mgs of test only. At least for me. I can't really say what my estrogen levels were during this cycle cause I didn't run any bloods, but I felt fine. Blood pressure was always good. Just bloated in the face and holding mad water, especially in the mid section .Proviron and a lil bit of aromasin helped if I ran at higher doses 500mgs and 400NPP
I wonder how long it takes for estrogen to stabilize once off any aromatisin drug.
I never researched that up
Idk it's fucking weird. Lowest estro I been was 47 while off.
9 doesn't make sense.
Not even the fuckers on reddit can figure it out. R/steroids or R/testosterone

I also know from personal experience as well. I retested while I was on Toremifene and my estradiol changed from one day to the next or even the same day from a different lab; Went from very low to mid-range.
Although your testosterone is on the low side, it’s still in range. How long have you been on the Torem? You only need 15mg (1/4 tab) twice per week x 4 weeks. More is not better, as it has negative effects on your adrenal function and likely is working against your recovery. I’d stop taking it based on the amount you have already taken. The drug and its metabolites will take about 8 weeks to clear.
