  • I'm glad to find out about Letro...but what about 6-oxo? I think the chemical name is androstenetrione...I've been using that for years and it works great for boosting testosterone. I'm not a body-builder, though, just wanted more testosterone and less estrogen.

My testosterone levels are high and estrogen low using the 6-oxo, and I don't have a gyno problem...the 6-oxo can be hard to get, so I'm worried about not being able to get it. Is there any reason Letro would be better? Letro is a synthetic drug, with corresponding strange metabolites, no doubt, whereas androstenetrione is a form of hormone, it just binds irreversibly to aromatase without activating aromatase, so it kills the conversion of testosterone to estrogen very effectively.

By the way, for those how might now know, testosterone does not feed back onto the pituitary...only estrogen. So, if you supplement with testosterone without blocking the conversion to estrogen, you'll suppress the testicles and they'll shrink. Androstenetrione raises testosterone levels by lowering estrogen levels (by blocking aromatase) and thus tricking the pituitary into thinking testosterone is too low (because it's assuming there isn't enough testosterone to convert to enough estrogen), so the pituitary then puts out (I forget the hormone) the factor that stimulates the testicles to make more testosterone.

I'd just rather use a compound closer to a natural hormone (androstenetrione) than a synthetic drug (Letro), but was surprised to not see androstenetrione mentioned in the writeup that started this thread.

6-oxo is basically prohormone/anti-estrogen it will not eliminate gyno. most likely cause it. even if it has anti-estrogen capabilities "aromatase inhibitor" its much weaker than Letro. waste of time/ money IMO.

      • Thanks. I thought it was a pretty decent anti-estrogen, because it is a suicidal inhibitor of aromatase (so, once it binds, the aromatase is no longer able to ever convert testosterone to estrogen, and it just excreted)....

...and I can say from experience that androstenetrione (6-OXO) DOES raise testosterone (by lowering estrogen feedback to the pituitary) and didn't cause gyno in me...but I'm not a body-builder doing all sorts of high-dose stuff...

I'm glad to find out about Letro, though, I will give it a try, and it would be nice if it's a lot more potent, since androstenetrione is getting hard to find and more and more expensive. Any tips on a good place to get it online?

        • this thread is about getting rid of gyno. comparing 6-oxo to letro is like comparing a parakeet to a falcon. not in the same league.

          • Got my order of Letro

Ok just got my order of Letro in, gonna start tomm morning ... wish me luck.

My friend is into Holistic healing and has recommended using Tribulus, Symplex-M, and Hypothalamex by Standard Process for my sex drive. Has anyone heard of these and should I take either of them while on the Letro or when I come off?

Any other advice before I start? I'm gonna dose per #3 on the first page starting at .5mg ED (.2 on the syringe), ramping up to 2.5mg ED.

Prob a stupid question but do I just squirt it on my tongue or in the back of my throat as far as absorption is concerned or doesn't it matter.

            • Doesn't matter, just use .5mgs

              • Bouncer, uve been answering questions about this topic for over a year now, I know you'll be able to offer me some advise on my situation, I ran two cycles of turanibol, cycled with nolva properly, however during the last cycle I developed a small lump under my left nipple, nolva didn't get rid of it, its been about 2 months and its still there, you can't notice it from looking at it but if I raise my arm you can feel it and its got that bullshit sensitivity, lol, I have my summer cycle prepared already, I'm going to run 10 weeks of test E 500mgs a week and I was hoping to start in april, now, I was wondering, since its a minor case, can I take letro when I start my cycle? Or what do you recommend, any direction you can give me I greatly appreciate it bro, just an fyi, I'm really excited to hoppin on this cycle to prepare me for summer, so if I can id like to avoid postponing it, but I understand if that's what has to be done

                  • Ok no doubt bro, thank you for the fast reply, after that month, can I. Immediatley start my injects of test? And can I run it as planned or do I need to run some nolva with the cycle to combat a possible spike in estrogen or something

estrogen shouldnt spike back up, but i would wait a month after the letro to start.

everyone wants to rush things, if you look at the thread, everyone wants to get rid of gyno, while they are running a cycle etc..

take care of the problem at hand, and then run the cycle. you cannot rush your body, it will only come back to bite you in the ass.

                        • The Bouncer - Thank you for this thread and answering everyones questions. I am glad I found this post.

I have had gyno since childhood. I am following the guide on page one. I have been on Letro for 2 weeks now. I have not felt any of the side effects. In fact I feel great.

I am hoping my gyno will go away. I will post my results in a few weeks.

That is what I have read. I would rather try this and see what happens. I believe the only other option is surgery.

                              • Tribulus with Letro

I'm into day 6 of my Letro @ 2.5mg ED. I know it's gonna take at least a month before I notice anything but am concerned at this high dose of the possible side effects.

I am about to start taking Tribulus each day to counteract the possible loss of sex drive but I just read that Tribulus actually increases Estrogen levels.

Won't this work against the Letro since the Letro suppresses Estrogen levels?
