especially if you are on a deca only cycle. terrible cycle that will do nothing but cause sides and fuck up your natural hormones.

either way, letro or nolva dont really deal with progesterone type gyno from deca or tren while you are on. get off the deca and run letro.

Hey Bouncer,

It's been about four weeks and 6 days now that I've been running the letro for my gyno issue. I was seeing no change after 2 weeks at .5 so I upped my dose like you instructed. As a result, the lump has shrunk drastically, so much so that im not sure if the ever so tiny bump left ( pea size if that) i am feeling behind my nip is just my gland or it is still a little bit of gyno. My nips are no longer in any way tender as well. I have not stopped the letro but want your opinion on the status of the gyno so I can know when to start my taper off... Thanks as always!

there should be no lump at all bro. use until gone, should be only a few more weeks.

Ok I have always had a very tiny bumps under my nips for at least the past four years. I used to mess with test boosters in my younger years so maybe that is why? I guess i just had very very mild gyno and never realized? Either way I will keep running it. I only have a little less than a quarter bottle left. You think I should order another one?

Ill add...I can only feel these tiny bumps when the muscle is flexed otherwise it feels like normal muscle tissue...

i would use the rest of the bottle and if there is no visual sign of gyno anymore leave it at that.

Ok sounds good. yea I don't have any puffiness,buldge or tissue in the area anymore so I was just thinking it was the gland that is there. I want to have enough to taper sufficiently at .5 for two weeks. About how much of the bottle is needed for that. Seems to me I wouldn't have enough to hold at .5 for that long...maybe if I taper down to .25 and hold for 2 weeks or as long as the remainder of the bottle will allow?

just taper with what you have left. if it needs to be a bit lower then .5 that is fine.

Ok no prob. However I will say if you feel there could be benefit from me staying on at the current dose for another few weeks I will re order and do so. I'm going completely on your advice and recommendation at this point...

Also should I be worried about any sides from staying on the letro as long as I have been and or if I continue to stay on for few more weeks as per your previous thread post?

So in your opinion based on the description I have given do you think it would be wise just to re order and stay on for another few just as precaution or just finish the bottle I have and be done with it? I don't want to risk a recurrence of anything...like I said I'm going completely on your advice as your the expert here...

you are making things to complicated.

if you feel you still have some gyno left order another bottle just to be safe.

if you are happy with how your chest looks and you want to come off, taper off and use the rest of the remaining bottle.

simple as that.

what do you recommend taking with deca? and if i was just to stop taing deca only take letro and how much do you recommend on ordering?
