Few questions, what are your current stats? Have you recently lost a lot of weight? Were or are you obese?
That diet is not so great bro. Are you willing to take dieting a little more serious? It's going to be hard and it's going to take effort but if you are willing to do what it takes I am willing to help.

good to hear bro, progress and moving forward is always a good thing and always something I will respect! Yes, I am glad to help with diet to someone like yourself who actually puts the effort in.
I am big on experimentation. Would you be willing to try and protein and carb with very little fat diet for a month? This is the type of diet that works best for me. When I eat fat I tend to get fat. When I drop carbs and replace that energy source with fat, my muscles deflate and I look soft. My body just does not do well with even a moderate fat diet.
Basically what I am talking about is consistent meals every day of chicken and oats, chicken and rice, or chicken and pasta.
The only real fat I get is in the form of fish oil supps and my cheat day on saturday.
