First Cycle of T-400 and Tren

    As for Scrumhalf, I worked out for a year and a half. I was originaly 130 and pulled myself up to 160 after the year and a half. I did test, got to 175 and then i pinched a nerv in my back and put me out for 2 months. This is where my body went to shit !!!!!!. Went back to like 142-145 Lb and worked out for 2 months months now stating this cycle. For that year though i could get over 155 for my life. Trust me i was dedicated and eating clean. But body doesnt seem to push over 155 unless i go un Natty or just eat unclean and fatty up. The past two weeks though. Straight chicken and fruits and a few carbs here and there. No junk food at all.

      You got a good attitude brother, stick around.

      Lot of guys don't wanna hear this cause its not exciting but diet plays the biggest role in what you look like. More so than training and steroids.

      If you need help with diet let me know bro.

        Shoot me some meal plans! Couse fucking fruit and a protien shake for breakfast isnt cutting it any more.

        Straight grilled chicken and rice are cutting it for lunch and dinner either. Shit gets blunt blan really quick.

        I need to find some good alternet foods to eat.

          Good to hear bro... just pointing out that you should try to maximize your natural gains especially at your young age before jumping on the AAS train. Train hard and be safe.

            Its pretty simple bro. basically I eat the same thing 5 times per day, oatmeal and chicken. BUT, that doesn't have to be as boring as it sounds.

                Like cold cuts you mean? Nah bro not really. Your better off cooking at home and putting stuff in tupper wear etc..

                You have to eat different from normal people to look differnt from normal people...

                    I pind myself in my leg like ive been doing for the past month. The last one i took was thursday night and yesterday my leg swelled up and basicly felt broke. I couldnt walk for shit or sit or lay or do anything. The pain has lessen a little today but still has me questionable of what is going on. Never hurt this bad. Please let me know if i should start pinning somewhere else or should i be worried about this.

                      Did a little research and i think i just didnt hit the muscle all the way. Lots of swelling going all the way to my knee cap. LMK your thoughts.

                        Most likely what you said; not deep enough in the muscle. Unless it gets red and noticeably warm to touch (indicating infection) I wouldn't worry. Hot showers and/or heating pad, massage it to dissipate the oil. Rotate your injection sites.

                        I'm surprised all your injections aren't painful. 400mg/ml is pretty high concentration. I did it years ago and it was horribly painful post pin. T-floorHundred!

                          Red and warm isn't always an infection. Can just be a reaction to the BA. I've had the hot/red leg one day and the next day fine.

                              I switch legs every week, the T-400 does kill. I would say scale 1-10 hurts about a 4-5 for about a day or two then gone. But this time it was like a 10 and i couldnt even walk. But it is getting beter by the day now. My friend switch to his glut and said he hasnt had a problem since. SHould i follow and do the same or stay with they thigh and just pin a little deeper?
