I used to train(4 days bodybuilding+3 days Boxing per week) 2 years ago.
But as my lifestyle has changes since then, i do not have time to train and i have got about 15 kg of extra weight(imagine that i had some fat even 2 years ago).

i am seeking HELP in here..

I would be grateful if somebody could offer some help..

    Anyhow, these are my sizes:

    Weight: 96 kg
    Waist: 106 cm
    Chest: 111 cm
    Arm: 39 cm

i have also a Exercise Bike at home.

    Thanks.

    sure, glad to help.

first things first. what is your diet like? this is most important.

secondly i would suggest cardio on a treadmill or outside. 5 days a week 45 min per session.

well i think you know what your problem is bro.

you need to cut out the junk food. butter, bread, corn flakes, cake, french fries etc.. they have no place in a bodybuilder diet.

Take a look at my diet to get an idea, of what you need to be eating. http://www.superiormuscle.com/forums...ement-schedule

copy it in terms of what foods to eat. you may need to make portions a bit smaller or take out one of the meals because it may be to many calories.

            remember, cardio is essential also.

That is good 10lbs is not bad.5 lbs water weight that you can lose is enough for two to three weeks I think that is a sign that you can lose your weight in short period of time.
