      There is nothing wrong with you change rather its really appreciative. Just
      keep it up. To stay and keep fit, just be regular in cardio exercises and
      drink a plenty of water. Along with that avoid from junk food.

        good to go man...just stick with it...dont try to keep up with the young studs on the weight they can push and stay consistant with your diet and training..in 6 months your gonna see a huge diffrence and folks will start noticing it!

          Hi friends,
          This is good for you and your health you are always be a healthful man and you could well make good progress 30 year old muscle loves weights, just don't go too heavy too early and always use proper form
