    No doubt. Wouldnt be shocked at all tomorrow if i came on here and a thread read "Big Rami dead due to heart failure" or something of the sort. You just cant pump ignorant amounts of juice, gh, slin, orals, etc and expect to live like a normal individual would. Shit, hardcore drug addicts probably have a better chance of hitting 40 years old than somebody like he does. Not hating, just being rational. I do my thing, and a little reckless I'll admit...but these guys like Rami are off the hook with it

      Offseason cycle 5g test 3G tren 2g deca and 3G eq weekly and 100mg dbol, 300mg anadrol, and 36iu of hgh daily.

                    Where is the slin? On the other hand there is rumors he doesn't use high doses hence the lack of pregnancy.

                    I dont buy any of those supposed pro cycles. The only person that knows what they do is that person and MAYBE their trainer. Lee Priest has spoken about how these supposed leaked cycles are total bullshit. Regardless he could say what he does and nobody would believe him anyway.

                      WHere was this leaked from....some "trusted" internet source....could be true, could not be true....who knows....one thing I do know, there are so few top elite bodybuilders, because of genetics, not saying high dosages are not being used these days, but look at the gym rats that use grams of gear and look like crap still. Either way, doesn't change my life in any way...I'll enjoy watching it from my home as these guys get bigger and bigger.

                        We've got fucking Drs up in this bitch lol....wouldn't surprise me if some of them were just taking some good doses but because of genetics and great training, get awesome results.

                          I don't need to prove anything I'm in the know about what previous Mr Olympias took along with national superheavy weight bodybuilders and my own experiences

                          like chuck says if that leak was in any way legit it would have quoted slin and other stuff


                          Also as scrum says *not sure how he got something bodybuilding right) there are limits as yo effective as simulation beyond which you just get more side effects.

                          Generally it's about pounding quality nutrition and that is fucking hard to do on and around training.

                          There are also genetic differences in how people's body's assimilate and utilise food and grow muscle, flex wheeler was one example, Mike Quinn also wouldn't consume more than about 200g protein a day and was very well built though. A natural bbibg champion I know doesn't consume more than 100 g protein a day but trains like a religion and looks fantastic whole on high carb diet

                          when it comes to doses, you quoting idiots like Boston loyd nothingness says it all.

                          So I don't need to Google search before making comments, I know.

                          If their is something different that Ramy is doing than the others then I would suggest that apart from his MTUT training style, his age and enthusiasm, then probably the more likely variance is something peptide that affects his myostatin

                          But honestly I just think he is a new breed that benefits from all the previous knowledge built up by generations before, packed with enthusiasm, and probably the most support mentor on the planet and great freind on Dennis james

                            When it comes to making gains in bodybuilding the single most important factor is ANABOLISM

                            ANABOLISM is primarily the effective mechanics of how your body influences and deals and responds to muscle repair situations.

                            This is primarily governed by how you feed, as simulate, and recuperate and hold nutrition in the cells.

                            Hormones help alot but you have to put the nutrition in after stimulating the muscle in yo requiring it. This is where it's at.

                            Too much juice and you get side effects that take away from the appearance of the muscle not help it.
