Seriously though, these accusations come around with every new champ. It used to be about cutler doing 2g test a week etc
Every time the numbers grow
Competitive bodybuilders don't generally overdo a single compound it's more about synergy of stacking and these days people are more knowledgeable about renal stress caused by certain compounds. Yes they use tren but that it to replace halotestin from years ago which had a similar density and hardness effect in comp prep but was much more toxic
Just trust me ya lil freaken Rican

What's interesting to see, is how many members on the board know it all....comical if anything.

A coach from the 90s names Paul Borrsson but he used to coach some top guys using 30day blasts like this with bridged test for a week
Day 1-10 1000mgs sustanon per day
Day 11-20 800mgs Deca,400mgs primo, 600mgs prop per day
Day 21-30 400 Mgs test prop, 200mgs winstrol, 4dnp, 30iu insulin with every meal
Paul believed that steroids all competed with each other and the only way to combat this is to keep shocking your body.

While it does appear he has lowered the dose, in clothes pics vs gym shots with no clothes can be very deceiving. I guarantee if he got a pump in his legs and flexed they would look massive especially if the pic is taken at close angle.Originally posted by chuckz28 View PostHoly shit Big Ramy Lost all his gains! Bodybuilding can be a strange thing. You can look at a pic of someone like Jay Cutler and think "wow he is just massive". He is massive but not in the way that you think. I went to the 2004 Arnold Classic and I remember being shocked that while his actual muscles are freakish his overall size was not impressive. I saw him in a t shirt in person and his shoulder width was absolutely nothing like you'd think. He looked like a small person with full muscle bellies. I know it sounds weird but it's true.

Yeah I hear you. I bet Ramy's doctor probably told him to dial the drugs back for a bit or risk death.
I also noticed what you're talking about at last year's Arnold classic. Comparing Phil Heath to the strongman competitors he looked very small but those arms were still massive. Their shorter stature also gives that vibe. Great muscle bellies and short limbs fills in well.
